Cannot vote the staff they were really friendly and helpful unfortunately on this visit to the USA I have found the food quality... to have dropped considerably which is a great shame because I know a lot of places in the past have delivered the most amazingfood. The fries were cold and were for the first time ever a very small portion on the plate. My mother-in-law had the fish andchips and the fish was actually quite rubbery and we could only think that it was dry cod that had been rehydrated orovercooked. A great place to bring the family for dinner. The wait staff was extremely friendly and prompt, Tristan was extremely helpful... and very personable. Our food was delicious. Steak tips, soup, salad, Mac and cheese. We couldnt have asked for a better mealafter a long day of exploring the region. Thank you again! Read more

Our waitress was fantastic (we sat in the bar area). She was kind, attentive, and funny. The food was perfect for our needs. My... daughter ordered a side of rice with her food, and fries came out instead. It wasn't a big deal, we weren't going to sayanything, and she was just going to go with it, but the manager realized and profusely apologized and brought her rice on theside. Read more
This is a chain I wish we had where I lived. The burger here was perfection. Perfectly juicy and flavorful. I also recommend... the mudslide martini and carnita Flatbread. My friends also really enjoyed the fish and chips and chicken fingers. We likedour so much we came back the next day. Read more
Politely greeted and seated by the waitresses, my family and I sat down to enjoy our time together. Tristan took good care of us... and had good humor. Our food was delicious- the salmon, cheeseburger, and country fried chicken. Not too crowded, and thebathrooms were clean. The only reason my review is 4 and not 5 stars is because the food tasted processed/premade, but it wasstill fine. Overall good experience. Read more
My wife and I (interracial couple) arrived at approximately 5 pm Nov 26 "22 for early dinner. The place was pretty empty having... about 3 tables occupied in dining area and one table in the pub area taken. The hostess automatically directed us to the pubarea where there were high top tables for four or two and a seats at the bar and a high top booth that could seat 4 to 6. Iturned to look at the dining area and saw plenty of seating available and was looking to see where I might like to seat but thehostess redirected me to the bar. I asked if we could sit in dinning area and she said no that the dining area was full at thetime and insisted we seat in the bar section. I was baffled but decided to take her word and proceeded to the bar area andheaded for the booth with comfortable seating. The hostess inquired why didn't I take on of the high top tables for two or four- I replied that I wanted comfortable seating. After my wife and I were seated I watched the same hostess seat party after partyof various numbers in the dining area without directing anybody into the pub area. Did all those people have reservations andwas the whole dining area booked for the dinner seating ? I inquired this of the girl who delivered our meals and she could notunderstand why we were refused seating in the dining area. She also said she would have a manager come talk to us. We finishedour meals and the manager still did not come so we asked our waitress (whom was very goo by the way) and then we got a visitfrom the manager. He listened and implied various excuses but having worked in the restaurant business knew they did not holdwater and am still wondering what was the underlying reason the hostess behaved such ....... I am older and my black Africanwife is quite younger. Did this hostess have issue with our difference in age or was it racially motived.......... ? We mostlikely won't rush to have any meals at The 99 Restaurant chain again ..................!! Read more
