The bread sticks and pretzels with beer cheese were fenominal as always but I order 2, 8oz steaks, medium well, when I finally... received my pickup order (25 minutes after the initial pickup time) they were both WELL DONE TO A CRISP. Food service was slow at 2pm on a Sunday. Took 54 minutes from ordering to get our food. Waitress check in after 34 minutes and... said it would be out shorty. Many came after, eat and left before us. Room wasn't very full. Food was fine Read more

The only thing good about Applebee's is the food. The service is horrible. The wait time ridiculous. I'd say go somewhere... else! The fact that the host, a young male said to me, just you? And I said yes. Then he said oh let me take the two men behindyou first! Say what? This is 2022! Talk about discrimination! What was that about? Ah there's so much wrong with thisproperty. I think they should close it. They don't have coasters so they're using napkins but I didn't even get a napkin! Theyclaim they only had one cook. The service alone from the time I got there to the time I left for a soup, a salad and a glass ofwine was over an hour. There were 25 people only 5 at the bar in the entire restaurant! It was not busy that's 3:00 in theafternoon! Bartender complains that there was only two servers! Anybody in the industry knows that with 25 people two servers isplenty! The soup was fine it wasn't too hot but it was fine. The salad was ample however I wasn't even given any bread! Acouple next to me got their bread on the salad plate but I had to wait another 5 minutes for my bread to be ready! Just think itwas weird. I never got asked whether I wanted to have any dessert and I love dessert! No one ever asked me if I wanted a secondglass of wine! This is why I single women going out to eat get a bad rap because we expect everything that is just minimal andwhen we don't even get the minimal the tip reflects it! I personally love Applebee's but location to location is different. We loved the food here and the only reason I gave 4 stars to... them is for the waiting time. Almost the whole place/tables were EMPTY but shortage of staff made us to wait for about an hourtill we sit down and order. I would suggest Fiesta Lime Chicken for every Applebee's you go ;) Read more
