Had a big order, service was great, super helpful, friendly and efficient.
One nasty girl ruined it. Lots of nice ppl working there especially older lady on register but looked like the mean one scared... her! She placed a box with no receipt on it down in front of me and ran off. I did not want to open it and find out it was notmy sandwich so I had to ask for my sandwich after she had walked by me at least 3 times. Read more
These ladies are amazing and so so sweet! They work so well under pressure and made my drinks super quickly. They also tasted... great!! They handled some rude customers wayyyy better than I ever could and all of them kept smiles on their faces the entiretime I was in the building. This store deals with some of the most Karen customers and still keeps a smiling face for the regular customer. Every week it... seems like they are getting put down by some grumpy boomers who can't stand to wait more then 20 seconds for coffee. The remodel is wonderful. The building looks revamped and the layout is great. It's the staff I have an issue with. Placed my... order from the light off from I-89 South to hopefully pick up my order when got there. While I walked in, people in the storeplacing their order got their order first. Then, the people coming through the drive throu got their order placed and out thewindow next. It wasn't until then my order was complete. Definitely recommend placing orders via drive throu if you are usingthe app to avoid an 8-minute wait time. Especially if you are trying to get to work on time. Reliable coffee stop. You pretty much know what you are going to get. As a franchise Dunkin? could really step it up if they... would reinvent their doughnut game. Normally I don?t give bad reviews but two times now I have gone to the Dunkin here in town in west Lebanon New Hampshire they... messed up my whole order then when I go in and ask for it to be fixed they insist that I repay for my order to have it fixed sotwice now this company has gotten over 20.00 from me and none of my was ate or drank it?s honesty really sad that they are doingthis because this is a little town and people work hard here for their money this is why these places change hands so many timesbelow is a picture of their recent mess up they refused to fix if they fix these mess ups I?d be happy to give a 5 star Read more
