After a half an hour wait, we arrived at the front of the drivethru to find out they had no chicken. At KFC. There was no... signage or information posted and the app would have allowed me to place my order and pay for it despite it being completelyunavailable. I wish I could possibly give this restaurant a negative rating. I placed an order through KFC app, and a lady at counter made me... wait for 15 minutes even when KFC app said it is ready to pick up. After 15 minutes, she said they are out of tenders and dowhatever to get your money back by talking to customer care. Until unless they change their staff in this restaurant, I am nevercoming back. I ordered from both menus. A long line waiting 20 minutes to order from the drive through. My order was wrong and the forgot the... taco and the FF on both meals the Baja blast was soda water. The side of Mac and cheese was half filled had to pull around andask for the food I paid for. Not even an appology. Short staffed everything was cold and disgusting 34 bucks for trash. And ittook and hour all said and done. Will not be back and also feel like I was robbed of my hard earned money. First time in a long time the line wasn't wrapped around the building. Ordered a simple bucket meal. I was Given a price that... wasn't close to what the board says. I questioned him as I paid and I got an answer that he doesn't make the rules. He said theprices are different than what's on the board. I got home to find out that half my order was missing. Asked for 3 boxes of a 4pc chicken along with a few other items. They took forever with my order and by the time I got to the... pay area I was ready to go. Got home and realized they overcharged me. Got overcharged for a meal, by saying we wanted the Nashville hot to have the correct amount of sauce, not the drizzle they have... been doing. Write to corporate and got no response. I guess this why YUM foods is going down hill. Never again Read more
