Just left this place and they messed up my order and can?t hear. I asked if I could add on what THEY MISSED real quick at the... front window since there already cashing orders out at the front window and I was told no and to pull back around when there theones who can?t hear after I was asked to repeat my order twice! I use to be a manger for McDonald?s for a while so I knowexactly how things work there should be no issue with adding on a quick burrito and a hash brown at the front window withregisters all around! Horrible service. Went through the drive through tonight to get a quick bite to eat before heading back home. Finally got up to... the order console and we're told that it'll just be a minute and they'll take my order. We didn't get an employee to come takeour order for at least 20 minutes. When a woman finally asked what we'd like, she didn't even apologize for the wait. Superdisappointed. And a huge waste of time. Read more

I drove through with my family and had made a mistake in ordering. I cleared up with the cashier that I needed an ingredient... omitted from 2 items due to an allergy my children have. The change was put in but when I got to the window for the food, theyhadn?t made the adjustment. I asked, the woman got huffy and rude. She told me to park out front so I did. 15 minutes later,nothing, so I went in. Not one associate could assist me. The lady who told me to go park hadn?t even bothered to have myburgers made, so I waited until a lovely employee named Maxxie helped me out. She got me my food quickly once she realized whatwas wrong. Then I hear the drive thru lady say that I changed my order late and insulted me because I forgot to mention anallergy upon my original order. She clocked out and ordered her own food before I even saw mine. I?m not impressed with thewoman. I didn?t catch her name, but she was kind of tall, brown hair, black and red back pack. She was running the pick upwindow. It was unprofessional and rude, like she just expected me to drive away without food I paid for. Read more

Early morning stop for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The place has been remodeled since last time there. Love the look.... Clean and inviting. Food was hot and coffee was great. Back on the road but enjoyed our breakfast. Read more

1 It was dirty. Not dirty from being busy, but dirty from neglect. Thick dust on the soda dispensing machine but the whole... counter up to the actual machine. 2 One person to wait on the walk in customers. We took the time to leave my car and walk into order, it took 3 minutes to place the order. The we waited 4 minutes from placing the order to getting it. Our order was 2decafe coffees and an apple pie. 3 The coffee was very old! We simply took it. I was not going to fight the drive through,which obviously the company considers more important then the walk in. We just dumped out the coffee. 4. The pie had a stickeron the package informing the staff and customer that it was to be severed before 2:31. It was 7:30!!! That was returned for arefund. McDonald's at one time was the example of fast service. A customer was to be addressed in less then 30 seconds afterwalking in the door. And the food served with in a minute, unless a special order was placed. Then the customer was informed ofthe delay, and given the choice of waiting for their beverage or taking it. With so many fast food and quite a few full tableservice restaurants in the area I would expect customers would be served promptly. Blaming lack of hired help does not garnersympathy from a tired customer, who needs a drink and a snack. Lack of training and settling for not even a mediocre responseis not the way to get customers in your door the second time. Read more

I understand the staffing shortage, but I simply ordered a Happy Meal and chocolate milk. Got home, ( 20 minutes away) opened... said Happy Meal. NO FRIES!!!! In addition, the chocolate milk was TWO DAYS past exasperation. Tried to call them, to givethem a heads up on the milk, and they were closed. NOT Happy that I spent roughly $8 ( today's ave ) in gas to end up payingeven more money and end up with only 6 chicken nuggets. Read more

Not sure what was worse, the service or filth. Used the kiosk, took a table number and after 20 min went up to ask where our... food was. There it was, sitting on the counter. Not brought to the table, no number announced. The beverage bar was DISGUSTING.Trash overflowing, lids and straws missing. And the trash bins everywhere were overflowing. Check out pictures. Read more
