Yikes! What a disappointment! Local patron posting here: (West Lebanon, NH) 1. Didn't accept cash. What? Had to use a card for... a 6.00 order? 2. The young lady taking the order looked half asleep. Missed the gist of my questions about pricing andbeverage. 3. No cream cheese! None. Offered butter for my friend's bagel. 4. Sloppy presentation of the little sandwich Iordered. 5. Tables dirty. It was not at all crowded at about 10:00 a.m. No excuses. What has happened to this previouslyuplifting location? Read more

Gave me what looked to be half a salad then when I spoke to someone I was told in a very condescending tone it looked like a... normal portion and extra greens are free if i just ask. If it is a normal portion then you need to get smaller containers andwhy should I have to ask for a reasonable amount if it is free?!! Ridiculously overpriced for these portions and customerservice sucked. Read more

I have always been a Panera fan. It has been a safe and tasty option for quick meals, especially when on a business trip. Their... app really makes it easy to order ahead too. A recent visit was a surprising disappointment in a few ways. - the restrooms werequite dirty, and that was at 8am on a Sunday - the breakfast sandwich had flavorless meat and rubbery eggs - the cinnamon crunchbagel was initially burned, and the replacement was stale (Interestingly, the bakery team member asked me if she had toasted thebagel. "Um, I'm not sure. It was an online order placed 15 minutes ago."?) - the app allowed OJ to be purchased, but they wereout when we arrived (a replacement beverage was provided) Based on this experience, I'm not sure I would return. It wasn't justone issue. There were several, which indicate a bigger problem for the chain - or at least, this location. Read more

The food is good but the reason I give them 3 stars is bc every time I order rapid pick up and go inside to get it I end up... standing in front of where I should be able to pick it up just for employees to look at me and walk by me so then I have tostand in the 20 min ordering line because they don?t pay attention to the numerous people waiting in front of pick up for theirfood. They should either move the pick up food back on to the floor so we can get our food or get rid of the option. They arerude ignore you and it?s disrespectful when I do it so that I don?t have to wait in line.. that?s the point of rapid pick up.. Read more

I told them I had a Panera club (for the free drink) and I looked online a day later; they didn?t even put it in, I did think it... was a few dollars more expensive than it should have been but I didn?t get a receipt. Also the pumpkin frosted cookie lookedterrible compared to other Panera?s I?ve been too. Read more

We went there for lunch. The food was enjoyable, the service was slow. Now, was noon. The staff did great. I don't under stand... curb-side when there is a drive up. I don't like call for pick up, and other such amenities, being in que with those whobothered to stop by. The food was good as ever. The servers were more cheerful than they ought. I wonder if there might be atiered patron priority set up. Not just here, I work in retail service. I get it. Read more

Plainfield road West Lebanon Went for an early dinner. Not crowded but there were dirty dishes everywhere. No napkins in holders... and floors and tables were dirty. The quality of the food has gone downhill. Prices are to high. They used to have wonderfulpastries and bread. No longer. Not friendly staff today. Will have a hard time choosing this store again.
