Drove 30 minutes to pick up 4 sandwiches i mobile ordered. Showed up, they only made 2 and refused to make the other 2. Had to... call police, then they made the same 2 they already gave me. Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery, less than 1 mile away. I ordered delivery because I couldn't leave the house. Sandwiches were... missing vegetables and didn't have the condiments. I called and they told me if I wanted the veggies and condiments, I coulddrive there and pick them up. At first I thought she was kidding- but no, she was totally serious. Ordered mobile order on 06/19. Arrived on time to no mobile orders being worked on/started. Only one employee, working extremely... slow, who then tells the customer in front of me ?I?ll be right back? then runs outside to talk to his friends in the parkinglot. All the while, people are in line waiting. After returning, he failed to wash his hands. I asked to have my order canceledbecause the app wouldn?t let me, being it was past pickup time. I was told he didn?t know how and that his manager left him allalone so he can?t help me. I asked for his managers number and he gave me a deactivated number. The charge posted meaning hecompleted the order in their POS. Completed an order he never made. It?s been about 1 week and I?ve yet to hear back fromcorporate or the store location to have the charge removed. I?d recommend NEVER using mobile order with Subway. I?d alsorecommend never using this specific location due to the numerous health code violations I witnessed in a matter of 30 minutes.It?s quite scary and has been reported to the health dept for this area. I?ll continue to wait for a response from Subwayregarding this matter. Read more

So I'm not sure who the woman was but it is 9:01 on Wednesday June 10th and subway was just getting ready to close when my... uncle, his wife, and I came in and ordered 7 custom sandwiches and she rocked every single one of them in under 10 minutes!!That is what amazing customer service is all about! Waited a long time. Only one young lady working. Se had to get the ingredence for the person in front of me. She seemed... inexperienced and unprepared. I ordered a meatball sub. We not enough meatballs so she offered to fix some. Result was a coldmeatball sandwich. She also never offered to toast it. Very poor service but obviously not the young ladies fault she was notpropperly prepared or traindbefore beinng left to fend for herself..... Will never come back to this subway! Read more
