You know.... this Rating is Solely a 5 Because our face to face customer service with Laura! We were on a trip with a car full... of hungry kids, the ordering process was super frustrating, out of beef, no pickles, certain menu items not in stock. But onceordered and arriving at the Window we were greeted with warm humor from Laura. She completely turned our experience around anddid so with lots of laughs! Just stopped here, paid for 12 tacos and 6 burritos, only got 6 tacos. While at the window watched the order taker lose his... cool on two cars behind me and tell one of them if they didn't like it they could go elsewhere. This was around 9PM and weretold we could not order more than 6 tacos of the same type because the kitchen was closing. Store door and web site say closesat 10:30 PM. Read more
If only i could give negative stars in Google reviews. Abosulte nonsense food served. Food is half-cooked everytime ,especially... for taco bell. I enjoyed eating taco bell so much before moving to this region but this taco bell has almost made me dislikethe food. Absolute disappointment and disaster this tacobell. Needs a management change or more worker training on how to cookfood and not be rude to customers. As with most places these days, they were poorly staffed, and were working diligently to take care of our order. It took over 15... minutes to get basic "scoop and serve" items. The food was delicious, but not necessarily worth the lengthy wait. For that waitand price, I would have taken my family to a snack bar, where we could sit down and get our food freshly made to order. Read more
This was my most appalling drive-thru experience ever. If you are considering going here please reconsider. The wait was at... least 40 min to serve 4 customers and still managed to get my order wrong the order machines audio was almost unintelligible andthe staff weren't working hard nor well and the food itself was awful and cold. Also it is the most poorly made burrito I'veever seen as shown below. Read more
The fact that nothing has changed after reading reviews from over a year of reviews and issues shows you how much management... cares about you the customer. Same issues from a year ago: Wait time was longer than 30 minutes. Got the order wrong. Guyoutside taking a break while they have 8 cars deep. Drinks are not cold. The list goes on. The only reason I stayed in line wasbecause I had nothing better to do tonight and really wanted taco bell. For the average person who wants their food, speed andaccuracy would have been great. I've been slow to review this location because I live here & I wanted to give them a fair shake. I've come several times,... every time it has taken far too long.. today I timed it. 5 minutes per vehicle.. 30 minutes to make it through & today theyonly had Taco Bell & no KFC. They obviously have staffing issues, and I would have more sympathy for the problem, BUT all theother fast food restaurants in town seem to be able to function in a basically normal way. I used the app to order before I gotthere, waited in line for 30 min, & then when I finally got to the window I still had to wait 5-10 minutes for what was a verysimple order. So after 40 minutes they didn't have the order ready? This store needs new management! 1 star experience +1 extrastar for the staff who was very nice & obviously strained past the point of functional. Edit:. After several more attempts todine at this location, I've downgraded to one star. The picture I uploaded today is of my "spicy chicken sandwich." i.e. a smallmashed potatoes. I rolled through quickly because I was the only one in the line which is the only reason I was willing to stop.When I got my order I got a bag and I left. 3 times I've gone and it took over 30 min to go through drive thru. And every time there had been something wrong with my... order. 1) I ordered Baja blast and it was like the syrup was empty, pointed this out to the person at the window and they saidthat nothing could be done about it. 2) ordered the $6 box, the chicken tacos where beef and just a normal taco, not the specialthat was advertised 3) ask for a tap water and was charged $3 for it...
