Its a great place to get food workers are normally good and fast. One down fall is the head manager she shouted and tried to... argue with me over what I ordered. I ordered a Dave?s double meal and I got a Dave?s single sandwich. I brought the receipt backthat showed I payed for it I didn?t leave the restaurant and I said I didn?t get my fries and I got the wrong sandwich sheaccused me of trying to get free food and was very rude. Im with my younger siblings and Im just trying to feed everyone and shemade my day horrible If I see she is there I won?t leave counter till I make sure she made my food right and I got everythingbecause she is to lazy to do her job. This is the world's worst Wendy's i have ever been to!! They don't even deserve 1 star!! The place on the inside is terrible. ... Water condensation dripping everywhere and on my head as we stood in line to order! As I looked up the ceiling was supposed tobe white, but actually it was black with mold. It took 30 minutes to get our order which was wrong! Took it back and all theydid was put a half cooked burger on my burger and didn't put the bacon back on it so I had to go up to the counter again!! Noabsolutely no way I will ever be back ???? This Wendy's is a Wendy's. Service is pretty speedy. Employees are generally nice. Sometimes they forget your straws, so just... make sure you're being handed one with your drink ???? They do not pass the "No Salt Frenchfry" test, where I attempt to getfrench fries without salt and see if they actually give me what I want instead of "washing off the salt" by dunking it in oilagain. My order is wrong most of the time I go there. I never get the sauces I order. Some of the staff is very rude doesn?t say hello... or anything at all just hand me the food and slam the window shut. Read more
Very nice employees. They need a little more training at the drive thru part of it. Those employees are not very knowledge on... what they are doing . Food or operation the one couldn't get my change out of the register because of the apps they touched onthe screen. Had ppl behind me honking their horn . I had to pull around and go in to get my change. Other than that manager onduty was very nice and apologetic. Food was good Read more
Forgot one of my sandwiches had to go in for it. Then get home and find out they gave my father the completely wrong sandwich.... He ordered the classic bug bacon chedder burger and it was chicken. They have went completely downhill. Never going back to thisone the last 3 times they got something wrong. Read more
Overall, its a normal Wendy's. You know what you're getting. The app has failed to work the last two times i tried, even while... sitting in their parking lot. There are mistakes made somewhat regularly, but they are very willing to make things right. We didget a baked potato that should have never been served, but have also gotten very good food there.
