Pizza is good but you always have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for a pizza even the hot and ready is NEVER hot and ready! We got a... pretzel crust pizza today and we had to wait over 20 minutes just for it. Also their bread sticks are not worth what you pay forthem!! They are small and scrawny!!! I would not even rate this place with one star but I got to click one they are nothing but a joke been there three different... occasions and the first time the food was undercooked doughy as can be and the other two times there's been vehicle sittingright at the window turned off while some lady hangs out of it just a talking . Employees don't wash their hands before handling food, the new management is inept at best, from my understanding, they don't... know how to place orders for their inventory so they won't have the ingredients to prepare several of the menu items. Theemployees I last spoke with were rude and incompetent, employees chew dip and slobber over customers' orders. Overall, the storeshould be closed until the owners are able to find food safety equipped employees. Read more
Any time you try to place an order online the online ordering is Conveniently not working. All while if you change the store to... a different location there?s will be working. All of that, and the last time that I tried to order, The guy that answered thephone informed me they were out of what I was ordering. I am fine with that. I work retail and I understand supply shortagesright now. Well I tell them that is fine and I go to order something else. He tells me they are also out of that and proceeds tolaugh while he tells me. It?s OK to be out of some thing, but I think it?s funny that your customer isn?t getting what they wantit?s very poor customer service. I politely told him never mind and ordered my pizza from somewhere else in town. I work crazyhours and order pizza often as a relief meal throughout the week to not have to cook. Waited over 30 mins for what was supposed to be hot and ready pizzas. Finally got them went to the park with the kids to have... pizza and discovered there was no sauce on the pizzas qnd the where cut all weird. Won't be going back there and would recommendthat they either train their people better or get a new crew. Read more
