As far as fast food goes their quality is pretty good. However if you have any dietary restriction or want to customize your... meal it 50/50 if you get what you ask for. Also they have quite a few signs asking for tips, as well as tutorial on how to tipthem upon payment. If I order a burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickles and what I get is a patty between 2 prices ofdry bread. Maybe you should be focused on providing good customer experience and not demanding a tip for services you haven'trendered. Read more
I frequently eat at the West Linn Burgerville as I live close by and love the food there. Recently as I have been coming to the... restaurant, two employees there have made my experience eating there great. Upon interacting with these two employees, Ben Bastand Jude Palmer, my food has not only tasted better, but the customer service has also improved. Burgerville is a pretty solid option when looking for fast food. However, this location disappointed me because of their... quality. I ended up getting a sauce that was expired. Luckily, I didn't open it and was able to contact corporate. I think it'simportant for this location to be more mindful of food safety. I have frequented this Burgerville for numerous years! I have always loved the service! This particular time stood out because... of the attentiveness to the Customer from all the staff members during a busy time period! When drink holders for the singlecustomer with numerous drinks does NOT have to be requested but provided without question (obviously only a certain number ofhands folks!), and the order accuracy always being spot on, the company deserves 5 stars, it is a good demonstration ofattention to detail!
