The owners and upper management really need to step up here and do better! The few employees that work here are over worked and... stressed out. I feel sorry for them. It takes an hour and a half to get a pizza at this location and they are constantly runningout of ingredients. As of lately, no one will even answer the phone because they don't have enough help. I will not return untilthe owners and/or upper management steps up and makes this place better for the customers and the employees! Read more
This is no reflection of the employees as they were trying their best. The pizza is awesome and the employees work their tails... off. I had ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 45 minutes late. They are so short staffed they outsource delivery to doordash. I received no delivery updates, and no one picked up the phone after several tried. I decided to drive in to see what wasgoing on..there were several people waiting, including the door dash driver who was supposed to pick up my order. There wereonly two employees, and they were working really hard, and one was on the verge of tears. At one point, they were so busy thatthey could not get to the pizza coming through the oven conveyor, so it just fell on the floor. Whoever is in charge of thestaffing really needs to remedy this for the sake of the employees. Read more

I Left a review about a year ago when I had a great experience with the staff at this location. Now I?ve decided to write... another because this place is completely different. The atmosphere is tense, things seem very disorganized, just feels like awhole new round table. Won?t be returning for a while. Read more
I recently started ordering from this location and each time I spoke with the employees, they all have been extremely welcoming... and polite. I appreciate the manager for taking the time to discuss catering options with me, she was really knowledgeable andprovided space for me to ask all the questions I had. I miss when this place was good and had fun vibes with good music. If you look into the kitchen it?s so dilapidated. The... employees seem confused and are disorganized. For the past year (2021-2022) every time I order a pizza the pizza is late andcold. The last time I was in, the customer that was ahead of me was frustrated that her pizza was taking so long and she wentback to her car out of frustration. I overheard the manager tell the employee not to say that they made the wrong pizza and cameup with some excuse. I actually thought the truth was better than the excuse! Mistakes happen right!? For those of you who grew up in West Linn and likely have fond memories of meeting at Round Table in West Linn after football... games or eating with family on the weekends I'm am saddened to say that this restaurant has gone vastly down hill. The pastthree times my family has ordered from here there something has gone wrong. We've had missing toppings, the wrong pizzadelivered, missing items from the order, but tonight was the worst. My pizza was not cooked enough. The crust was under done tothe point that I could still pull and stretch it out. The zoomed in photo is not of cheese, but of raw dough. The veggieszucchini was barely cooked, and the onions were raw. I realized all this half way through the first slice. I threw the wholething out. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the delivery driver realized items were left behind and went back to get them. Ialso spoke to the manager on duty, Trinity, over the phone and she refunded my money. All the staff members were kind andhelpful despite all the issues. Says they're open till 10pm. They changed their hours to 8PM. NOW THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Ridiculous. This is how... most businesses fail. The owners expect their employees to put more into their businesses then they are willing. Good luck inyour future endeavors. Read more
