Placed a pickup order online at Blankenship location 8/13 lil before 8pm. Pickup time was 8:20. I got to location 8:10 didn?t... see food made. Waited till 8:19 still didn?t see food made. Went to register to maybe pic I?ll order. Found out it wasn?t eventouched yet to be made. What?s the point of the pick up time be so far out and the pickup if it?s not doing what it?s designedto do? Poor service from Cannon. Couldn?t fix anything about it and didn?t care to help the other worker there make it as he wasassisting other people. Read more
Tried to order a wrap that is on their menu. The meat was not double meat that the menu said it should have been. The lettuce... was brown and when mentioned it the person behind the counter said "well this other lettuce looks better ( while pulling outtheir back up tub, still brown). The person behind me ordered some sort of salad and they used the browning lettuce for saidsalad. The olives had banana peppers in the container when picked our for me and they just tossed the pepper back into theolives. Finally the cucumbers were freezer burned. I got the same wrap at a different location over the weekend and hoping foranother one. This one was half the size, less meat, and mostly not edible. Read more
Most of the time they are great, but they are constantly getting behind on bread baking, and cookie making. If chocolate chip is... a popular cookie then make sure to make a proper amount. I ordered for pick up and they didn't read my receipt, so I had to wait30 extra minutes once i got there to wait on cookies. Read more
