Don't have anything available, including sides and toppings. Update* used the app to place an order thinking to help with the... wait. The idea is great in theory but nothing like the online orders from Tim Hortons where I'm used to orders being ready ontime as promised. Go in to pick up my order and the one girl blatantly ignored the order telling the other girl it got lost in astring of 30 receipts. What's the point of using the online ordering service if I'm forced to wait in line when I arrive? Read more
I'm disgusted with the service at this subway. It has gone down hill since it opened. I went in tonight to get supper for my... family and the veggies were soggy and brown. The one staff member was putting their hair up and didn't wash their hands beforeputting gloves on. Then the other person working took a cash payment and went to put gloves on without washing her hands. I hadto ask her to wash her hands before touch my food. Completed disgusted. Read more
A convenient Subway restaurant located next to a convenience store and attached in the inside. The location is clean with okay... service, most of the employees are kids from the local high school. I've never had an issue with the food and the quality isconsistent with most locations. Normally there are public bathrooms but I think they are closed at the moment because of covid. Read more
Location was nice and empty . But the meat was all over the cheese and other items . Being vegetarian it was not a good... view. But guy Did pick stuff from the freezer for me , again everything was frozen from cucumbers to olives and didn?t feel likegetting . And he cut again with same knife . It's Ok, not the best subway I've had. They have a few workers that make an amazing sub but have went there several times and... they are out of various things. Hard to build your own when you can't pick from different options. Read more
Went in around 11:30 and the toaster wasnt even on. Employee didnt even know how to fix it and wasnt even putting in effort to... try. They should train their staff better. She didnt even notify me that toaster wasnt on or working she just started making thesubs and than when i asked for them to be toasted she than let me know. But acted as if she didnt know it wasnt on. I was verydisappointed as she didnt even try to make the situation better. Wont be going back. Read more
Every time we go in they never have anything available! Or when it?s 5pm and you ask for a certain kind of sub you get a... response of ?oh we are out of that for the night and not allowed to make more? but they still have 4 hours to go of still beingopen and then get eye rolling from the one employee or attitude from the same person if you question it! This particularemployee is the sister of the manager as she has stated she is when we have questioned things! Poor customer service Not fromall the staff but certain ones need to be addressed!
