Consistently understaffed. Staff is always lovely but the look of stress on these guys faces says it all
Service is very slow, and half of the lettuce from the loaded bowl was wilted adn black. Very disgusting.
One of my favorite things to do whenever I visit Canada is to get some timbits and coffee!

Stopped here to try the new bowls - seems a healthy option, nice for a fast food chain to do. They are just all out of them.... Manager was really not nice about it either, yelling at the cashier that they just couldn't do it. I'll go to a freshii wherethey can handle healthy options from now on. Read more
super store I was waiting 15 minutes on the line although was not really crowd actually, maybe only 10 people.
Good staff and quick service. The staff here take the time to acknowledge customers, greet us and ask us how we are. The food is... well prepared and not rushed. Definitely a better experience. Way way better than the really crappy Tim Hortons at Ingersoll. Read more
