I've come here alot since they've been open. And majority of the time I enjoy it more for the food and less for the service.... This visit I enjoyed the service more than the food. Our waiter was Jim. Friendly older gentleman. Not sure how he ended up as aserver here but I could tell he was really trying his very best to maintain a positive attitude & keep up with his tablesdemands. A friend of mine asked me to bring him some medium sauce back so I stopped by for dinner. I was seated by a young man who barely... acknowledged me, no eye contact, and tossed the menu onto my table. I could vent about this more, but I'll just leave it. Then Iwaited an absolute age for a server and considered just walking out. The server was OK when she arrived and I ordered sixBuffalo Traditional with a side of fries and a beer, which arrived in decent time. The wings were OK, but slightly undercooked ,flats more so, as the skin was still soft and fatty underneath. I realise this is my taste and not everyone's, so we will letthat pass. Had to wait a while for the sauce, too. The whole place has a down vibe, no urgency, and the staff need some positivemotivation and training in customer handling from management. Wow. For a specialty wing place and $50 for dinner, I really expected some badass wings, and totally got tragic, overdone wings... with dead fries. Maybe this place is better if you eat there, but def do NOT get it to go. They were nice enough to give me newfries, but I would have rather had good wings. They were small, hard, dry and way over sauced In a thick buffalo sauce. I came 5min after the app told me it would be ready, so I?m really bummed this was such a bad experience and an expensive lessonlearned on where to eat and where not to in Palm Bay ???? P.S. The manager actually reached out to me and apologized andoffered me a refund, either to my card or with a certificate there!! My family and I frequent this establishment often, and we always get the best service. However, today we went around 4:00pm,... they did warn us they were short staffed which is totally okay. I also work in customer service so i also understand things canbe slow, no biggie. We sit down at a table right next to the bar. we?re probably sitting for 15 minutes before the red headedbar tender comes up to take our order. says she?ll be our waitress for the night, cool. she takes our food and drink orders. Forthe rest of the next hour and a half we?re there we have to flag down three different waitresses/waiters because we need help,or extra sauce, etc. Our waitress (the red headed bar tender) did not check on us not even one time, didn?t even glance in ourdirection the whole night. But we still have to tip her with our check? We should be tipping the waiters that ACTUALLY helpedus. She preformed very bad service. Just spent $28 picking up wings. The medium is sauced properly, but the "original buffalo"are COMPLETELY dry. There's a tiny bit... of sauce on the bottom and absolutely none on the wings. This is the second time I've gotten wings like this from them andthey're not cheap. One of the worst serving experiences I've had in a while. She was rude and considerate and downright mean. I understand it is... hard to get good help I would have waited more time to get exceptional service then be seated immediately and be treated like Iwas. I ordered to go which I usually don?t and this is why. I ordered the chili con queso as pictures the cheese looked gross and... there was no chili in it at all. I also order buffalo wings half the wings didn?t even have any buffalo sauce on them and theones with sauce there was very little. I am very upset with this experience all together. Read more
My wife and I sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks and some nachos. We got the nachos with brisket added on them. They were... good but I wish the menu mentioned that the brisket had a sweet sauce on it because I would have not ordered it, just a littletoo sweet. Sitting at the bar is always a positive on service and it was no different here. The negative of sitting at the barat this BWW was that it had that old beer in the drain smell wafting about from time to time. I guess the staff just gets kindof nose blind to it, or maybe I'm just sensitive. If I make my way to the store again I would sit at a table but due to staffingshortage, no tables were available even though plenty were empty. Read more
