Very rude arrived at 10:20 ordered a breakfast combo and additional breakfast sandwich. Waited over 10 minutes just to get cold... hash browns. Cheesy melt sandwich was just white bread like I made it at home and biscuit hard as brick ! Do not use the drive through. I was held hostage by the car behind me and extremely poor service. I was the third car from the... order taking sign. It took 30 minutes to place my order. It took another 30 minutes to get my order. During this time 5 carswere served including me. One the car ahead of me drove off after falling prey to the trap for 50 minutes in front of me,trapped as well. I saw 4 employees in the store from the drive through window. I have no idea why they can only handle 5 carsan hour during lunch. After waiting 50 minutes, I drank my entire soda while getting my order of burgers and cold fries. Iwatched my fries sit in a bag for 10 minutes while they waitied on a cheeseburger. They ignored me and disappeared afterhanding the food out. I had no drink for my meal. I did get to observe at least 20 groups of people get Panda Express nextdoor and leave satisfied. Read more
Bad customer service. They gave me a burnt scrap piece of French toast stick with 2 undercooked pieces. Won't be going bad due... to awful food. The one on Babcock near chills has a super nice lady and she makes sure the food is good, hot fresh and cookedgood. Read more
Never had a problem with this location up Until very recently. I have gotten the Original Chicken Sandwich, Whopper, and Whopper... Junior a few times over the past year and have immediately noticed a decline in the already average quality. About 2 months agoI got a chicken sandwich after our kids' baseball game and it was so dried out and overcooked that the "meat" inside was almostunrecognizable. We gave them another try 2 weeks ago. My husband's Whopper came out sloppy but tasted fine, I got mid waythrough mine before realizing half of it was still so cold it was almost frozen. Yesterday we stupidly decided to try ONE lasttime and of course our entire family of 4's "Big King" burgers were not only completely burnt on the bottoms but they're alsosomehow the same size as a Whopper Jr? Really? Pretty misleading name for something a fraction of the size of a Big Mac and withno flavor besides charred meat. Definitely have learned our lesson and won't be giving them another shot. Burger King... where fast food isn't fast. I was just stuck sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. No joke.... actual 35... minutes. I was actually considering calling 91q... because i thought there was something seriously wrong inside the restaurant. Only one car in front of me. I would have just left, but I was trapped. When I finally pulled up to the window, I saw thatthere were 3 people working behind the counter...so I'm sure that there was at least 1 other person in back. And there was only3 people sitting in the dining area, so I don't understand what the big deal was all about. It makes me sad; because I used tolove the occasional whopper...but I don't think I will be coming back again. Read more

Literally just left the location on Palm Bay rd by Publix and found a long hair in my sandwich ???? (before you say it?s mine,... Okay, I know that it is not the Manager's fault on this one nor the owner's fault either, but this is by far the absolutely the... most slowest Burger King I have ever been to but, I know that I can't really blame any of the workers because there are just notenough people who are willing to do the work, people want the money but they don't want to work for it, they are so shortstaffed it is not even funny, but people still have to be rude and nasty with the people who are willing to work there and aretrying to do the very best they can with what they have, if you want to complain about the service then go cook it yourself inyour own kitchen and let these poor people alone. The food is really good and I can't complain about the prices, I just makesure toI am not in a hurry to get somewhere because your going to be waiting for a hot minute, but don't the current workers, itis not their fault.
