Grand daughter birthday party. 2 hours at the birthday table. Chuck E Cheese showed up the last half hour for ten minutes. Four... birthdays were happening so the Rat spent a few minutes with each group. Very disappointed. Server was extremely nice. Pizza wasgood. Will not be back for the birthday package. Great games and super fun place! But if you want to find the most unenthusiastic teenagers working.... it would be here. While this location definitely had more preferable games for my little man than our location back home, there is absolutely... nothing to make you feel secure having your child there. They don't do ant type of stamping at the door nor do they check youwhen they leave to make sure you aren't kidnapping someone else's child. Also, we paid for 30 minutes but quite a few of thegames weren't working, no sign to indicate that, so we lost out on some of our time due to having to wait to scan a differentgame because we had already scanned what was apparently broken games. They should Have pizza out in time and at the start of the party so guests and family don?t show up starving. People come to... parties for food! I was very disappointed how late our pizza came out. I had children keep telling me they were hungry and asadults we were too. it was extremely annoying to not be fed at the start of the party and then everything piled out and came outon top of it one another I think food needs to be served first and then ice cream and then cake not everything at one timepeople need time to enjoy their meal. And also be able to socialize. Then once they are fed can go use their 2 hours ofunlimited playtime. We also did not receive any reduction in price because the store was out of souvenir cups. that was a hugelet down too. Overall I had a party I cinerary mapped out from being at other Chuck E. Cheese parties and I felt like mine fellshort so hard and I was very disappointed. Read more
Food was ok, got stuffed crust cheese pizza and cotton candy. Not a bad place to go on rainy days.
Had a blast! First timers here April 07 2022. Pleasantly surprised to find a nice salad bar, greasy cheesy pizza and desserts.... Tons of games in the arcade and clean bathrooms. Read more
Despite having multiple machines inoperable, my son still had a blast! Please remember to visit this establishment to keep it... open and running. Chuck E Cheese has been a staple in our family, providing so many great memories (day fun and birthdayparties). We arrived after school hours with a few others also playing. Only purchased the 1 1/2 hours of all you can play,which my son exhausted all the games within that time limit. Thankfully the picture machine was working (my favorite part) andoption to buy dip n dots! Always a rainy day recommendation for my guests at VRBO 4749786 in Cape Canaveral. Read more
