I was warmly welcomed as I walked in. The entire staff was professional yet friendly. Our waitress was excellent and took good... care of us. Our food was served hot. It was fresh, delicious, and generous portions. Lasagna, Shrimp Scampi, and Shrimp andChicken Carbonaro. Good service. Good food. The foods always hot and fresh at this location. In the past we haven't had great servers, but yesterday Tina was great! Hoping... to get her often when we go back so it can be 5 stars! Sitting here at Olive Garden in west Melbourne and just trying to get a refill is ridiculous. My childrens food came 45 minutes... ago they are done wanting boxes for there leftovers but still waiting on our food I feel sad as this used to be a wonderfulplace where me and my wife and 4 kids could get wonderful food and service Update so the waiter comes back and tells me he hasinvolved management I asked him to just box meals as I was there 2hours and my kids food was boxed and my wife and I plus 7monthold that was fussy had been sitting there waiting for food for 1hour since the kids meals came out never in my life had I everhad a bad experience like this at Olive Garden but times have changed post covid i guess Read more

Went here for Valentine’s days and had a great experience. We got in and was able to be seated quickly even being vday. Our... server was very nice and everyone was friendly. Salad and bread sticks came out fast as usual. Overall I like Olive Garden andalways had a good experience o matter the location. Barley anyone at the bar 2 couples. Bartender disappears for 10 minutes while I’m waiting for a drink. Finally comes back 2... people walk up and he instantly serves them. Bartender knew I was there he looked right at me before he disappeared for 10minutes. Can’t stand bad service and definitely not tipping my money for that. Walked away. Update: we got our table and theytell me I can’t have a high chair next to my table for safety reasons…… so my 12 month old son has to sit across from meand my wife? That’s safer for my son? Luckily my wife’s pregnant and wanted the food. I wanted to walk out. Picture is howmuch room was next to my table. Food was cold waiter was good. It’s a shame this is how business operate nowadays.
