I'm not sure where to start. I generally really enjoy Panera, but this time I had the worse service and food I've ever had.... First I ordered a Asian salad that was just lettuce amd a fee pieces of chicken and wonton. They were missing some of thecondiments. It was very hard to believe I was at Panera. Then the we ha to repeat our order like 3 times. The girl at theregister wasn't rude but she seemed livery indifferent to serving us. I don't think I'll ever go back for dinner there. Went with the you pick 2. Everything was fresh and a pretty big portion for the half a sandwich. The drink selection is a tad... bit lacking, just basic Pepsi products and two teas which were a specialty flavor. The tea was good tho as I do enjoy a goodtea. Usually, Panara is good, today was a bad day. I will share details with Panara, but this is just a VERY small representation of... the experience. One sandwich... Over easy eggs? Other, where's the bacon? I wouldn't complain but these are pretty priceysandwiches to just settle :( I would rather wait for a good meal, rather than rush and not enjoy it. And this was the secondround for one of the sandwiches. The first Bacon egg and cheese had a long black hair wrapping around it before we even left thepickup counter.
