Pollo Tropical service not the greatest, young kids now days. Order was of $50.05 gave $100.05 cash should of got what $50.00.... Did not know how to check a bill if authentic finally 2 kids had help from manager got it then. I understand cash is not beingused to much what if power goes out for a month or even a week cash would be king again. Had to ask for utensils and napkins orelse not given. Food was great.Service needs more training. Speed was slow, took time to get order. Cleaning was out of 10, an8. Sat Nov. 5, year 2022 Business are suffering with employees is know after Covid year service is low most places. Forgot menuhas changed once again and might not have what one wants. Read more
Probably one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Don't waste your money unless you like dry flavorless chicken, soupy beans and... bland rice with a cold dinner roll. Hospitals serve better food. Read more
Just okay. I feel bad for the employees who look overworked and are dealing with shortages. One major thing I noticed was ants... taking over the counter by the lemonade machine. Definitely not a good sign for whatever else is happening in the back. Food wasnot bad all things considered. Read more
I really enjoyed Pollo Tropical ...the only reason it didn't get five stars is because somebody stole my to go order. I don't... know why the restaurant sits that you go orders on a shelf right next to the door and it is unsupervised. So anyone can walk outwith a meal and no one will know what happens to it.....but thankfully the manager had them prepare me a new meal, veryquickly.... But it was not a happily ever after because they ran out of curry mustard sauce, when the thieves stole my meal...so my favorite dipping sauce was 86 and I had to settle for something else... The food was as good as it can be for fastfood..... it's always fresh it always tastes good... But it tastes better with curry mustard sauce. Read more

The only Pollo Tropical where I have eaten that the food and the service are terrible. We are lovers of this restaurant's... recipes, but the one in this location is a total disaster: small portions, served with poor presentation, the service is slow,and the meals do not taste how they usually taste in Pollo Tropical. I feel bad for workers here, and for customers too, take too long, this is the second time we tried this location and its crazy... how slow its goes, I ve seen workers hustle and bustle but definitely the Franchise's Owner haven't done enough for thislocation. Giving two stars instead of one because the employee that took care of us was friendly. The chicken was really dry and... flavorless and I got as much bone/cartilage in my salad as actual chicken. They didn't realize they were out of tomatoes untilthey had already made my salad. No biggie, lots of product shortages these days, but how do you not know what you're out of whenthe menu is so limited? The lettuce core was in my salad too. Lettuce core, cartilage and dry chicken - yum! My fiancé paidextra for avocado and when we got home she realized they didn't give it to her. Her bowl was 90% rice. We both threw our foodaway after eating a small part of it and got food elsewhere. I don't think I've ever done that before. Never going back forsure. Read more
