This morning the order was wrong after literally telling the person that took the order 4 times what we wanted.. was 2 of the... same breakfast combos except one had coffee the other soda. Order came, one was fries not tots and my coffee was COLD.. not Lukewarm or warm cold... I will not be going back unless it the morning crew threw the week... The only thing hot was the breakfastburritos.. and who ever takes orders needs to STOP assuming that it's only going to be one order and rushing with "will thatcomplete your order" after anything you say.. very unhappy Read more
This location is horrible. Placed an online order for pick up just to get there and wait 15 minutes for sonic blasts turned to... watered down shakes. Seems the order was made when placed. Do better! Read more
Usually pretty quick.. great friendly staff.. but alot of times after like lunch rush.. food is cold and nasty.. especially... fries,tots and onion rings.. love happy hour though and all the drink choices.. Chicago dogs rock! !! The new sour patch shakewas good,and night time service seems to be a little better..the people taking orders could be nicer and not rush folks and say"is that it" before you have a chance to breath.. Day shift is the best , especially breakfast time.. nice folks, great food,fast service.. Love the day crew.. hopefully night shift will pick up the same customer service skills that keep sonic which ILOVE getting better every day.. cause was pretty bad there for awhile.. day shift kept us coming back.. meant to put all this inearlier but was in a hurry.. :) Read more
We have been here three times now. All three times are order has been wrong. The car hop young lady was very nice and polite. We... were told they have had problems with the head sets for awhile and management has done nothing about it. Multiple credit cardreaders are broken. Seems like employees are not supported!! I have to say my last experience was dealing with a very rude person when I tried to take my order. A very non compassionate,... uncaring individual who used a broken record approach to saying they didn't have something, and she cut me off. No one has timefor that. Read more
A lot of the stalls were not working. The stall I parked in the screen didn't work so I couldn't tell if the order was right or... how much it was also, whoever took the order didn't tell me how much either. Couldn't pay with card. The whole place just lookednasty. And one more thing. They put stale (tasted like day old) onion rings on the bottom and a couple of fresh ones on topthinking I wouldn't notice.
