We waited in the drive thru line that you cannot get out of for 35 minutes. The employees sound like they hate working there. ... Dont reply telling me to email the owner. It shouldn?t take over 30 min to get FAST food. Been sitting in this same spot for 30 min and once your in the line your stuck.
If I could rate it a zero I absolutely would. The wait at Taco Bell drive thru is ridiculous, once you're in line you're stuck... for 30 minutes or more only to finally get told that they do not have what is advertised, however they have the item on themenu. Do not eat at the Taco Bell in West Memphis, AR. it is not worth spending your money, you would be waisting your time,especially if you go through the drive thru as you will be stuck in line. I arrived at 2am roughly to get in line behind 8 cars. There was a cashier...one cook. Orders before me were totaling 25d, 15d... etc. I figured I'd be in line 30..40 min. NOT! THEY ROLLED THOSE ORDERS OUT. Line expedited well! Food hot and accurate. Linearea was lite pavement in good condition not full of holes like their neighboring completion. Staff Kenya was very nice. The wait time in the drive thru is out of this world ive been in line over 30 mins still havent made it to the menu board yet.
Food was great for fast food tacos. Shells were crunchy and not soggy. I actually had a bite of every ingredient in my burrito... all the way down. Normally you'll get some sour cream in the first bite then some beans in the second and some cheese in thethird. Not this time; they managed consistency down the length of the burrito. Read more

The new Taco Bell on Missouri st is keeping it fresh and and managing to make everything right. Good fast service
