Keep driving until you leave Memphis. This Wendy's is very dirty and they were out of stuff. Low staffed. The one good point,... the cashier was good and tried to be helpful. I tried posting a pic of the lettuce of my salad. It was old. I couldn't finishit. Couldn't finish my chili cheese fries, either. The beef was grey-ish and the beans were not Wendy's chili beans. ThisWendy's is inside a Pilot. It is a mess. My daughter said the restroom was horrendous. Wish we hadn't stopped here. I'm sorry!Drive on, my friend. Read more
Worst place I have ever experienced in the food industry! Manager was so rude and was cussing and stating we thought we were in... tilted because we were not given change on two of our orders. Stated we have to have the exact amt or no change when asked toget a cookie in place of the change Manager started cussing and being very rude while getting the food ready . We finally askedto cancel our order and wanted a refund and she continued cussing and yelling at us stating we thought we were in tilted! Read more
This wendys has gone down hill. Workers are always on the phones and they just chat with each other instead of taking orders... then at drive thru you wait at least 10 minutes before you can order. They need new management. Read more
Wendy's is my current go to breakfast spot. Was traveling and stopped at this Wendy's in Pilot travel center. Took a couple of... mins for the food after ordering, but it was fresh and hot. Read more
Possibly the worst Wendy's I've been to. This place is severely understaffed. They're completely out of salt and mustard. Front... counter lady was condescending. Total wait time was probably 20 minutes. Got a completely wrong burger but didn't bother goingup to wait for another half hour. Burger patties were obviously old. Terrible. Chicken nuggets tasted like they were fried in month-old oil. Completely inedible. They were also out of salad. All... salad. The wait was too long for this sub-par food. I know fast food joints are not known for the best quality food, but weusually stop at Wendy?s when we are traveling because we can get fairly healthy choices. Horribly slow. Takes one order, makes it (slowly), hands it off to the customer, THEN takes the next order. Busy texting on the... phone, even when lobby is full of potential customers. Read more
Horrendous customer service. I placed an order for a chili and a baked potato, they had neither. Then they wouldn't refund my... money. Now I'm going to have to call Wendy's and figure out how to refund a mobile order. Don't ever order anything here. Read more
