We placed and order for delivery: chicken wings, 2 order of fries and a Philly steak sandwich. The food was bland and had no... seasoning whatsoever and we had to pop our chicken wings into our air fryer because it was raw. The Philly steak was close tobeing burnt. And then the delivery driver took it upon himself to take his own tip, without informing us. Just know we will notbe placing orders or buying from this place again. Read more
Only giving 1 star because I have to. They shouldn't get any stars at all. I called to place an order for puck up. The young... lady that took my order didn't know what she was doing. After every sandwich I tried to order, she kept saying hold on. Iordered an Italian hoagie with Italian dressing. They put mayo and Italian dressing on it. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup,mustard, lettuce, and pickles. They put mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles on it. The pizza is disgusting. Read more
The pizza is really, really good! The homemade meals are even better! The staff is friendly in the shop. The delivery drivers... are always fast and courteous. You can't go wrong with anything you order, it's all tasty. Read more

We ordered for the first time from Big Ragoo week before last. Last week we ordered again. Have to say we enjoyed the food but... our order wasnt entirely correct when we got it home. Ok, so we ate it anyway. Then tonight we ordered a small pizza and aphilly cheese steak. They made a personal pan pizza and some other steak. My husband paid for them Nd took them anyway. HecMe home and i didnt want the pizza i didnt order, so he called and ordered the small pizza again. This time he went to pick itup and it was a medium pizza. The gentleman cooking said he wasnt making another one. That would have been fine but we alreadypaid for the other pizza we didnt want and now were charged for a medium pizza instead of the small we ordered. Me, i wouldhave said keep your pizza, but my husband paid for it. Needless to sY, we wont be back again. There are lots of pizza placesaround and dont need this one. First time visit. Ordered a large, three topping pizza. Absolutely incredible! Very delicious pizza. Must have weighed 5... pounds! Went 6 miles out of our way to try their food. Can't wait to try their hoagies, cold subs, burgers and fries. Alreadytold my sister about this place. Happy to be a new customer. Read more
