We went to this bob Evans on a Sunday morning around 10 AM. Even though there were only 3 parties ahead of us and plenty of... seating, we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Ordered delivery for thanksgiving for my in-laws so they could have a thanksgiving meal this year and 15 minutes AFTER it was... supposed to be delivered, I got an email saying my order was canceled. Unbelievable! With the email they sent their number to becalled and when I called it they would not answer. For 1 1/2 I tried to call to see why my order was canceled and finallysomeone picked up and told me it was doordash fault and I could come pick it up. Mind you by now it is almost 2 hours later andI had already made my in-laws food and brought it over , something I should have just done In the first place. They told me tocall doordash for a refund . I called doordash and they tell me it?s bob evans fault and they did not make my order and thatthey are responsible for my refund . All I want is my 130 dollars back and i don?t care who refunds it! Bob Evan?s ruinedthanksgiving for my family and did nothing but give me the run around .
