We were seated and our waitress said it would be a moment . 10 went by and she brought us out water and then proceeded to say... that she would be back shortly to take our drink and food orders . She walked back and forth helping others . I group came inand was seated next to us. She then went and took their order as if we were not still there waiting to put our order in . I had an enjoyable dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was good and the food was delicious. The wings were cooked to... perfection and the Buffalo sauce was just the right amount of spicy. The burgers were also cooked well and the fries werecrispy. Overall, I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a goodmeal. Read more
The food is decent, no better/worse than any given BWW location. My only issue (and this may or may not be the restaurant's... fault, I'm unsure) is with the app's estimated time of the food's readiness. Twice I was told by the app that it would be ready40 minutes after I placed the order, but it turned out that the food was ready 15 min after, so it was lukewarm. If therestaurant had a way of notifying the customer that the food is ready earlier than expected, that would bump up my review to a 5star. Read more
Update: 11/18/21 attempted to use the refund of an equal value "gift card" last weekend but they didn't have any cheese curds... for the burger. The app took away points even tho item not available and have to wait for that credit.. Online order of briskettacos was accepted and paid for..Got there for pickup and was told they had no brisket. Still waiting on that credit cardrefund! Just one fiasco after another with takeout. BWW West Mifflin has had terrible service the last few times for takeout.A week ago we spent $45 for takeout which turned out to be two slop burgers (guess that's what 'smashed' means, my bad) and anorder of chips and salsa. They forgot the wings! (and had no brisket available except at certain times despite placing in thecart, no sw wraps any more, and I really didn't want a burger but we were hungry.) .. then I got attitude from one person whoanswered the phone (after a non answered phone with a 'goodbye' disconnect) and a second long telephone wait. Finally the rudeone got the manager (and no I am not a Karen, she said 'well then you need to talk to the manager'). I just want my ordercompletely or my money back for the missing wings. Manager promised a $15 gift card for 12.79+ tax missing wings or a creditwhich would take 7 to 10 days. I chose the gift card and I'm waiting on that.. Excellent! The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is great but it is a little pricey. The atmosphere is great as a sports bar setting.... The service was quick and they got to us right away. The food took a good amount of time but that?s expected. I would recommendto anyone who is interested. Read more
I got To go food and honestly just highly disappointed it all just tastes old I could get better fries from McDonald?s the best... thing in the order was the carrots? Overall good time, my husband and I arrived right before Sunday Night Football so I wasn't too busy the food was pretty good, I... got one of the new sandwiches the chicken on the hot dog bun it was delicious but the chicken was a little too crispy for myliking, after picking off the Krispies I enjoyed it very much so my fries were cold but I wasn't worried because the appetizerplatter we ordered was delicious! Especially the onion rings and the nachos. I loved that I could watch football basketball andthe World Cup all at once. Read more
