First time at this location. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was crispy and was well coated with Buffalo sauce. The nachos and salsa... were good and we got a nice to go bag of nachos to take home. I was given the "original chicken crispers" except nothing was crispy about them. They were so caked in grease my finger print... stayed on it. The chicken inside was like rubber. The street corn tasted like dirty bath water and the asparagus came in abutter tub that left them incredibly soggy. The other meal of a quesadilla and egg rolls was decent. This is a much less busy Chili?s than you?d expect. We were here last night, it was a Saturday at 6pm, and there was an... immediate table right in front of us and available as we walked in. The service is stellar. We?ve been here a few times but thebest server we?ve had by far was Emily. She?s very friendly, sociable, accommodating, and quick on her feet. The food is alsogreat! Ordered through door dash. Didn?t have any issues with anything besides how disgusting the food was. The photo I attached is the... new seafood pasta on the menu.. it smells as nasty as it looks. Also I could have made this at home. It?s pasta noodles, overlysalty shrimp, canned imitation crab, and burnt bits of bacon, don?t forget the cream of something soup they use for the ?sauce?????? it?s now in my trash. Also got the chicken crispers which were so tiny they looked made for children under 6 to consume.Friend got the mini cheese burgers which I wish I had a photo of because they were so burnt, both the burger and the bun! I had the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich, and you don't think of Chili's for a healthy sandwich like that, but man did... they knock it out of the park! It was fantastic! And of course they're chili was some of the best chili you can get from arestaurant! Read more
They renovated this location and it looks nice and refreshed. The old style was starting to get worn out. Anyways, the place is... great if you want to get a quick bite to eat for cheap. Food is consistently good, and service is usually great depending on ifthe place is busy or not. If it is busy, which is during weekends, food takes a bit longer to arrive and sometimes orders can bemessed up. They're understaffed though so I won't fault them too much. Read more
Today was a special day out with my toddler and my parents we picked chili's grill and bar for lunch out . We got there around... noon it wasn't very busy just yet. We got greeted right away by their greeter and taken to our seats right away. Our waitresscame out right away to greet us and get our drink order. She was very attentive and took care of everything we needed . She madeour experience great and definitely made us want to come back ! The food was perfect and hot when it arrived . My son and I ordered the same trio for our dinners... As you can see in the pictures..the burgers on both platters were raw... inside yet burnt outside! He had the wings and said they were not good at all. We both had chicken strips which were ok. I had astrawberry lemonade that treated like watered down country time lemonade...couldn't taste strawberry at all and no strawberriesin it either!!??! When the waitress returned she asked if we needed boxes and I replied, no we won't be taking this home. Sheasked what was wrong. I showed her the meat and she said I'll get my manager as she walked away. The manager comes over andsays... How can I help you? I said I didn't ask for you and I repeated the conversation I had with waitress. He says...I'llremove these two meals from the bill. I said ok. There was a third personwith us and her pasta fiber was good. So the bill wasstill $50!!! I was shocked and I can say without a doubt I'll never go back!!!
