Dirty, you clean your own tables, wait over 30 mins for food, pop machines are half water, the only human interaction is the... lady yelling order numbers, burger looks disgusting, lettuce and tomatoes come in separate plastic bag. Absolutely no soul inthis place anymore and I'm sorry I recommended to my friends we come here. Never coming back. Needs new ownership. Read more
We have enjoyed this spot for years when visiting Kennywood. The new kiosk system, minute menu, lousy service and 2 hours of the... day it ate up ruined the afternoon. So better Johnny Rockets, we know you can because you used to be amazing, so fun, signing,dancing, service, fun! Read more
Garbage food with an expensive price tag and long wait. The menu is very limited with only burgers, variants of fries, and... chicken tenders as food options. Hamburgers are sad, come unassembled, and may be cold. Chicken tenders have an odd sugarytaste. Fries are as good as those from a grocery store frozen section. If you're a long time Kennywood fan like myself, you'llfind the experience much different than in the past. I suggest you avoid this place. Read more
Not sure if pandemic after effects, or if this is just how Kennywood rolls, but I have to be honest, this is the most depressing... Johnny Rockets I've ever had the misfortune to dine at. Horrendous experience! We ordered 2 burgers and fries and chicken tenders and fries for over $50. The food was terrible and... cold. Tables were filthy. We took a few bites and threw it all away. This will be the last time we go to Johnny Rockets atKennywood. It used to be so good such a shame. Go to the pizza shop or barbecue stand. Read more
i am very disappointed with my experience i got chicken tenders and fries, and the cheeseburger from here and they tasted and... looked cheap when we arrived the booth was dirty we had to clean it ourselves and ketchup in the ketchup bottle was empty wouldnot recommend. Read more
We were having a day out in Kennywood with the family and we decided to eat here. Unfortunately i had to wait an hour and a... half for my burger as the waiter gave my burger to the wrong table. Kennywood. Wish i could give zero. Horrible 35 dol for 2 burgers fries and two cokes. Cold stale fries bun almost burnt cheese... congealed. Trash cans overflowing. Tables dirty Horrible. Dont go there. You have been warned. Read more
