This is my new pizza place,. My husband loves the fries from a pizza shop I'm not fond of. Been searching for a place that... pleases us both. Finally found it! The French fries were perfectly crispy and never got soggy. We both agreed the pizza wasgreat. And there are so many options on the menu that I can't wait to try. They are two minutes from my house so I picked itup and found out they also sell ice cream. Not soft serve, but the kind they scoop out of deep buckets. And they had myfavorite, mint chocolate chip! I called in an order and wanted it delivered. After about an hour I called back and asked where the order was it was and I was... told that the doordash person hadn't showed up yet. I didn't know that they went through doordash because I hate doordash. Isaid that I would just come and pick it up. On the way there I gotta call back from Palmer's saying I had to go through the appto cancel the order. I said I didn't have a doordash app And that I was almost at the place to pick up my food. Young ladydidn't understand how I could order through doordash if I didn't have an app. I said it didn't order through doordash I askedfor delivery when I called in my order. She was very rude. Once I got there I proceeded to wait for about 10 minutes for her andsomebody else to figure out how to give me my pizza and wings that were getting cold behind the counter. Finally they figuredout how to cancel the doordash and hand me my food so that I could leave. Needless to say by the time I got home everything wascold. It took an hour and a 1/2. Read more
Tee was super helpful. She answered all of my questions about the menu in detail, she was really patient and knowledgeable about... everything that they served here. The food was pretty decent for a quick stop on my day out shopping! I?ve never had bettercustomer service, thank you Tee for your help and kindness! UPDATE 7/15/2022 Much better!! Very much better!!! I hope that they stay open, hopefully they will have enough staff. We got... the $7.99 special, added 1 topping, and it was delicious!!! I will order from them from now on not only because of the taste,but because they take cards. Pizza was cold and stuck to the bottom of the box. The gyro was cold, only 2 small slices of meat,whereas there were 4 slices of tomato. The pita was burnt. The gyro sauce was runny. You may have a good reputation in WhiteOak, and that is why we ordered. But never again. The Big Ragoo puts more lamb on their gyro than 3 of their sandwiches, and 45minutes to come 3 blocks is insane Save your money, don't buy from here. $35 including tip is insane for a gyro and large pizzawith 4 topping @ $1.99/topping. Then the driver wanted me to sign a charge for $42!!!!! I never inputted a credit card. Andyour driver must have been joy riding for 15 minutes at least. And we tipped him well $7. My husband brought home this pizza for the first time tonight. We all loved it! I am a New Yorker, so that's saying something!... My husband said the staff was friendly and courteous. The pizza at this place is great, it was perfectly cooked, & they have ice cream now????about 8 flavors you can pick from, my... kids got the superman flavor and i got the strawberry cheesecake flavor my kids loved it and so did i.
