Sunday mornings mean Dunkin in my household. Quick stop to a drive thru that makes quickly and courteous. Recently the nenu... seems to have gotten much more diverse than just my double chocolate donuts. Now avocado toast and a side of bacon are myfavorite. This is one of the worst Dunkin?s of the entire franchise. The orders are never made correctly, there?s always stuff missing... from the orders, and the food is cold upon receiving it. I have been stopping at this Dunkin for years but recently they have gotten extremely slow. The other morning I waited over... twenty minutes in the drive through line for a hot tea. I would have left but you are trapped in the drive through. Tonight Istopped thinking I would go straight through, which I did. When I arrived at the window the person wanted to charge me $5.05 foran extra large hot tea with milk. The problem is I paid $3.40 in the morning and every other day. A simple mistake can break a five star review. Went to the drive through to order a snack and drinks. Stevie was a pleasant... employee at the window. The matcha tea and cappuccino were made well. The bagel bites with chives were hot and toasty. However,the croissant with bacon and cheese was frozen in the center. Seems like a quick toast but without heating the meat andcheese. Some points were made but there's a huge letdown in icy cold bacon and cheese. Just a remark to keep in mind for futureorders. Read more
For the past 3 years, I have visited this location at least once a day for a medium iced mocha latte with almond milk. This... store has extremely long wait times. Most of the time I receive my latte as ordered. Sometimes they forget to put Mochaswirl inthe latte, which is fine, I can deal with that. But I can't deal with what I experienced today. I waited 45 minutes in the drivethrough from beginning to end. When I arrived up to the window, I received... this. I can't even explain what this is. It lookslike rancid tea. I said something to the girl at the window, and she literally just said "have a good day" and closed thewindow door, as it is currently raining. I am not drinking this. I don't know what is in my cup... But as you can tell from thephotos... this is not a latte. There is no milk in here. For me to wait 45 minutes and to pay $5.50 for THIS. I'm extremelydisappointed. Dunkin everywhere is the same. So I'll talk about the service. The service was great. All the staff were nice and attentive. I... went in with a mobile order. My coffee was ready but due to donut shortage, they rearranged certain things and gave merefund. One thing I was surprised by, no Indians or Bengali's on site. I thought they all worked at Dunkin.
