Sadly they can't get orders right...food inconsistent..McDonald's should always be consistent! It is a fast food chain.
Friendly staff. But no salt, or so little you couldn?t see it or taste any on fries. No cheese on my sandwich as I asked for. ... And no mayo like I asked for on either sandwich. Would be nice if they took more time to ensure order was correct. Read more
In my family we call this place McTerrible. They always forget to place items in your bag! The staff there wasn?t pleasant at... all and give the worse attitude! Plus how do you not have the adult happy meals yet? You must be the only McDonald?s thatdoesn?t participate in it! Then again your crew would most likely mess that up as well! Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and they entered a cheese burger. Once that was corrected it was exactly how I... ordered it. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget?s and received 4!! And to add insult to injury the nuggets are like half ora third of the size that they are supposed to be. Read more

I work in the area and get this McDonald?s at least once a week and every single time I get the order something is missing from... the bag or an item is messed up. Complained to management about a previous order that was messed up and had a lengthyconversation with a manger and his manager about constantly receiving messed up orders and was assured it wouldn?t happen again.As they walked inside to get me a gift card I checked the current order I was receiving and IT WAS MISSING ITEMS when I told themanagers that came back that the order was missing items and they assured me they triple checked and everything was in there andwhen I got to work and gave out the food to co workers and the food they assured me was in the bag was missing and I am tired ofspending money at this place and receiving incomplete or wrong up orders. Im not sure how it is that hard to count the amount ofburgers and fry?s in an order and match it up to the screen because no matter what day of the week you go there your order willbe wrong. Everybody that wants to go lunch with their pets they seem to be welcomed at McDonald's of West Milford. I wish I had taken a... picture of a lady with a big disgusting snake in her shoulders inside the restaurant and apparently the employers were OK withit. Ughhh I lost my appetite. Read more
My experience here is that they work hard and are friendly. Unfortunately, I've been coming here for years and during that time... been sold partly frozen burritos, a few weeks ago been overcharged, and, gotten the order wrong. I now expect that they willinevitably get something wrong. My visit last night was true to form. They forgot to put condoments in the bag, the French frieswere half full, etc. Is it a deal breaker? No it isn't. But given the lack of attention over the years, this review iswarranted. Read more
