We ate inside the restaurant. Food was delicious. Husband had 4 cheese cheesesteak, I had the Philly cheesesteak, and my son had... the chicken nuggets. We also had the smashed tots. Food was made fresh and portions were appropriate. The food was made fresh sowe had to wait about 10 minutes, but our food was delicious. My only criticism is that the prices are a little high. Seeing as the responses are all the same on poor reviews, I doubt this will go anywhere; but absolutely had a terrible... experience at this location. We ordered with ample time to spare—an hour, and when we arrived were told that they were nolonger taking orders. We showed that our order was confirmed and said to be ready/fulfilled. I’m writing you because this is now the 5th time I’ve visited one of your locations and stood in front of your cashier for 3... mins to tell her I had an order to pick up, I was told they stopped accepting orders and walked away, i then after waiting a fewminutes and saying excuse me asked when she was done accepting orders she replied 1:30, I show her my order was at 1:08, shesmiles and starts chuckling sayin I have to take that up with the app and continued to chuckle as she turned around. I ordered a 4 cheese steak sandwich through Uber Eats and added Double meat,lettuce,tomato, mushrooms and mayo mind you... everything I named is 1.15extra except mayo. They gave no double meat only one slice of American cheese, one big slice ofmushroom, and to rub what they did in my face they attached my receipt to the bag. Food is hot and fresh . A bit pricy . I do agree the sandwiches ( Philly steak ) as well as the nachos should have more meat .... I mean if someone is willing to pay what you’re asking for you have to be willing to supply the customer with a better amountmeat for the money they are paying . Don't sleep on this restaurant. They have an incredible selection of foods to choose from and everything I have tasted is fresh... and delicious. This time I got the chicken salad and I don't think I'll buy a salad anywhere else again. Fresh ingredientschopped and tossed to perfection. The grilled chicken is plentiful and absolutely mouth watering. The workers are alsoincredibly friendly and efficient in their work.
