Service is so slow, it's like they go backwards. Food is prepared properly at least. They need a competent manager or two.
Both sandwich orders were incorrect however server was very nice, restaurant was clean
The Cousins Sub is a very good place to go to get you subs and any side that they have. They also have soups which is good to... warm you during cold days. They do have shakes which is my personal favorite plus a few other desserts. The staff is friendlyand get your order correctly. So check out this place for lunch or dinner. Read more

Good, but they need to clean the dine-in trays better -- wash the underside, not just the inside. Judging by mine just now... they've been neglected so long that now they need to be scrubbed hard with abrasives to get the sticky layer off. Read more
It's almost $6 for a bowl of Mac and cheese that is microwaved no thanks. The sandwich is mediocre at best. When you pay your... bill they want you to tip. Being that this a corporate store they don't even pay their staff well. I would rather pay more formy meal than have to tip someone. Read more
Had the best service and best food today. That was our 3rd stop. We tried 2 potbelly's before this. One of which wasn't open due... to low staffing and the other was open, but the doors were still locked. The employee who was clearly annoyed at our presencetook her sweet time coming to open the door and could not have been more rude when doing so. Needless to say we did not get ourfood there. I was very thankful for our experience at this cousin's. Completely turned our day around and we had the best meal. Read more
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shouldn?t be waiting over 30 mins for a simple club sub and strawberry shake. Everyone in that... store needs to be retrained on proper customer service and proper food preparations. Mr Mike at the register needs extratraining dealing with food. Read more
