Last time I ordered a catering order here it got all messed up.. and I wrote a negative review. Well I was in tonight for a... large order again and they killed it!!!! What positive attitude from all the staff. They didn't bat an eye and got right to workon it. This is great considering I work third shift and I'm sure it's not pleasant for someone like me to come in at the end ofthe night with a large order. The very first time we visited it was great service. The subs were the best. We wanted to experience the same situation again so... we called ahead on a Sunday night. I paid for the largest sub that is the 5 and when it was completely In correct I was toldwhen I called nothing could be done. The lady who took my order was the most rude, unfriendly person I have met in 2022. She had such an attitude that I was almost... afraid to order. I changed my order from a hot sub to a cold and she rolled her eyes so big. When she asked ?mikes way?? Ididn?t even know she was talking to me. No eye contact and looking away. She repeated herself in a demeaning matter. After Itold her no not Mike?s way she again sighed and rolled her eyes. I asked for mayo 3 times and she just ignored me. Terriblecustomer service.
