I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick up the food, the staff seemed confused. The person that initially helped me... didn't seem to know what to do and just moved on to something else. The second person that helped me was able to figure out whatwas going on. It took about 10 minutes to get things together, and everything in the order was correct. Food was fresh anddelicious. Normally great delivery. This time they replaced the angus steak with the broccoli steak. Tasted kind of old and dry, and of... course just not the right entree. Rest of order was fine, but really dropped the ball on this order. Read more
Ordered the beyond chicken because I?m vegetarian and was given the regular orange chicken instead. I live 20 minutes away so I... spent 40 minutes driving there and back once I realized the mistake and asked to be compensated with a refund since I basicallyspent the order total $ in gas. They refused compensate me in anything but a $3 appetizer and said they weren?t allowed to giveany refunds at all. No workers greeted me or even apologized for the mistake and were talking about me over the headsets to eachother. I usually have a good time with this location but this ruined it for me. Read more
Don?t plan on eating if you show up in the last hour they are open. Only 4 entrees were available and they started my order... without letting me know they had already shut down and closed up over 2/3 of what they offer. I understand that things need toget put away for the night, but to have that little available when they are still open for another hour was a little ridiculous. Read more
I?ve ordered the family meal (2x chow mein, 1x honey sesame cb, 1x beijing beef, 1x sweet fire chicken brst) I received 3 chow... mein and two entrees instead! I?ve been trying to call the restaurant but I can?t get ahold of them. I included special requestsand nothing was done. Waited more than 30 minutes on 2 occasions after being told to pull up and it would be 10 minutes. I usually frequent this... location 3-5 times a week but have not returned since the 2nd occurrence. Last visit my beef and broccoli literally had about4-5 slivers of meat. And I do mean slivers. Disappointed as I do enjoy the the food the majority of the time. Read more
The staff was so friendly and the service was quick and polite. I really enjoyed my experience there. I will definitely be... stopping back. The whole place was really clean and welcoming. From the dining room to the restroom. It was truly top notch. Ifcorporate actually reads these, this place should be a positive role model for other locations and the staff that were ontonight deserve some sort of accolades for the great job that they did.
