Worst Starbucks in their whole system. Third time coming here with a busload of people (brought them to the game) just to find... some handmade sign stuck on the door saying theyre closed for whatever reason. I rarely go into Starbucks, but the drive thru line was so long that I decided to go in and I was the only person inside and I... only ordered 1-venti white chocolate mocha.. All the cars that had been in there had gone through and it took them like 10minutes to get my drink it was ridiculous. I'm the only person in the Starbucks lobby and it took them that long to get onedrink I couldn't figure that 1 out and it wasn't very hot because my drink cooled off very quickly but I was so frustrated thatI was not about to call or come back. I honestly try to avoid this location as much as possible the only reason for 2 stars is because of where it?s located. I went... back for the first time in months and the service is still horrible & so is the coffee. It used to be so much better. If youreally have to have Starbucks take the extra 10 minutes to go out to West Allis or Blumound Rd. Better service, better tastingcoffee. Read more
Sometimes I stand at the counter for minutes with nobody helping me. And then because of Covid 19 restrictions only three... booths are available - and whenever I go there and want a seat... the manager or employees are occupying a booth. See photo. These awesome people(in the picture)allowed me to feature them in my review of Starbucks on Miller Parkway. My overall... impression of this Starbucks is great. I spoke with customers, the cashier, and the store Manager. All of these people were verykind and the type of people I would want to be around. Go to Starbucks on Miller Parkway. It is very nice, clean, and inviting.I'm not even a coffee drinker and I wanted to hang out for a bit and just talk to people there, which I did. My onlydisappointment was when I asked to photograph the interior. She told me no and referred me to their Media Relations Department.I hate it when this happens; however it comes with the territory and the store Manager was very nice about it.
