Love these wings! The Lousiana Rub is my favorite. I like that I can call in and place a order and it's ready when I get there.... I think they might have re-opened dine in, not sure though. Today on a Sunday at Approximately 1:40pm I went in for pick up had to wait to be serviced due to the cashiers having the phones... out and on them unprofessional got looked at and ignored until she was ready to give me the order upon opening the orderinstructions were not followed I ordered extra cook time and they completely disregarded it and there are feathers on thechicken I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS TRANSACTION DUE TO THIS PIC IS ATTACHED Read more
Today I order a 50 piece that comes with two fries and 2 veggies. I ordered 20 Lemon Hot and only received 10. I also didn't... receive my veggies. I had to drive back 5 miles to get the rest of my chicken (gas is not cheap) when i mentioned that i didn'treceive my veggies either they didn't want to accommodate me for that but they did have to rest of my chicken that i had wait10mins for. This is absolutely the worst wingstop I have ever been in. I was told 30 to 45 mins. A hour and half later still waiting. So... sense of urgency to get orders out. 8 employees here and 3 of them are hustling but the other in zombie mode. Unbelievable!!!Never ordering here again. Read more
I arrived 30 minutes after ordering said it would take about 15 minutes to prepare. Order wasn?t ready they just started it when... I got there. Waited patiently for about 15 more minutes and got my food. Got all the way home and it was missing almost half ofmy food that I had paid for. Ordered delivery Monday I'm on 69th and cleveland...food came in under 30min. Wings were hot and done to my liking didn't like... the mild sauce but not their fault. Fries sucked but i mean thus is delivery however chicken was good. Really enjoyed the lemonpepper and Louisiana rub ???? Read more
The boneless chicken wings were all right. The soda machine was a little watery and the bathroom was dirty. I am not sure if all... stores are like this because this place didn't have plastic knives available for there customers. Read more
