We order pizza from her once or twice a week. Yesterday we forgot our wallet but they wouldn't let us pay over the phone with... our card number and they refused to manually put in our card number even though they do it over the phone everytime we orderdelivery. It was so uncalled for and just wrong to do a loyal customer that way so we didn't get to get our pizza. We went tochick fi la and they let us pay on the app with our card number!! It's so bad they said they would give me a free pizza for messing up my order and I don't even want it. I've been eating here... at least 35 years. This is absolutely hands down the worst pizza I've had in at least 35 years. I'll never eat here again. Theyshould be ashamed of how bad it is. I didn't think it was possible to ruin a jonnys pizza. It's clear by the other comments this is an ongoing issue. I am not the first. Thisstore needs new management and the new management needs to be a manager from another location that doesn't have any issues withoversight from a regional manager for at least thirty days. When customer calls in and says their pizza is burnt the properresponse is not to tell them its not and it just comes that way. Jonny's was founded here. The people here grew up eating thispizza. We have made this company grow to what it is. We remember Mr.Jonny when he was alive. We know what the pizza is supposedto be like. I was appalled reading the comment where the customer was told its supposed to be that way. It's not. That wasn'tmy only issue either. Not only was it burnt, it didn't have toppings. I paid for extra cheese which I never had to when Mr.Jonnywas alive because every pizza had the exact right amount of cheese. There were places on the pizza where the bread was showingthrough. Even though I paid for extra. On top of all of that the order was wrong and the sales representative who took the ordercouldn't follow simple instructions. Such as not rattle off the toppings so fast the young ones could say which ones they didn'twant. The pizza in the photo was supposed to be a large sweep the kitchen. This is the best pizza place in our town. Not only this location, but all locations in the tri-state area. The pizza is... absolutely amazing and so is everything they sell here. This is a must try for visitors to the area. You WILL NOT bedisappointed. Read more
Been eating Johnny?s for years and no other pizza chain in Monroe/West Monroe area. I?m so disappointed that it isn?t just... certain locations with bad service and food, it?s pretty much all. This location is far out and we decided to get lunch heretoday. Told on the phone it would be ready in 25 minutes, that was not true. Get the pizza and it?s burned and the flip wasburned and didn?t even have sauce on it. When I went back to the window, the young female got defensive, said it isn?t burnedthat?s how they come. Correction: it?s my money and my food and if you can?t tell a pizza has cheese on it then it?s burned inmy eyes! I was offered a cup of pizza sauce for the flip. I let Johnnys have $14 of mine because it wasn?t even worth beingdisrespected or having a employee refuse to make our visit better. I can definitely assure you, we are done with Johnnys. Read more
First off, let me say, I have been going to Johnny's for years. I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for delivery. Gave them... specific instructions for each pizza, the rep read it back to me twice and the workers flipped it. My father's pizza wassupposed to be well done with light sauce and it wasn't and the other pizza was well done and wasnt supposed to be. The things Ican compliment are the breadsticks and the driver. It's an okay chain pizza place. It's clean inside the crust was pretty good, woman behind counter wasn't exactly rude but seemed... rushed and wasn't very helpful. Don't care for the way they cut their pizza, and I thought for the experience and what you get,it's overpriced. Meh... Just average rating from me. Read more
Lunch time for my coworkers. No one in the location was sociable. No hi, thank you for coming, have a nice day or anything. The... Lady at the counter was not helpful at all. The pizza had a gourmet pizza Price with a buffet pizza taste, more like Cici?spizza. The pizza ?did not taste bad? it was just expensive for the overall taste. The overall look of the location was nice,spacious and modern. There was some debris on the tables and under tables from customers that we?re just not courteous enough topick up the trash. Was not horrible but would have been one easy sweep for the employees. Overall I would return to thislocation but it would not be my first choice. Read more
