I love the philly cheesesteak. It's not done like a traditional Philly cheesesteak but it's still so good.
We will never go there again!! We substituted onion rings for our fries but were charged for them. They were overcooked and... burnt and inedible. My grandsons shrimp poboy was in a thick piece of Italian bread and he couldn?t bite it without the shrimpfalling out. What the heck! My catfish was the only decent thing. I spent $48 for 3 people!! Most terrible customer service I?ve ever received. The only reason I ever order Magic Grill (Food is normally delicious) is for... the gravy. I specifically ordered fries and gravy with my order and two sodas. Only got 1 soda and no gravy. Woman told me thatthe meals should have been $8 a piece when I paid almost $30 for the whole meal. I didn?t get a name but could tell that thewoman was older. So rude and inconsiderate of the PAYING CUSTOMER. We haven't been the Magic Grill in years We recently moved back and decided to order for supper last night after we had been... working in the yard all day. It was the worst burger I've had in West Monroe. The burgers are small and taste like soypatties. They were not warm burgers and tasted like a burger you would get in highschool. Not impressive by any means. Theonion rings we're small and burnt. I ordered no mayo and I received a burger with mayo only. I didn't get the toppings for myburger. When I called to tell them, they said we'll get it put together for you, come back. What they got together was thetoppings for my burger! Not a new burger. The only savings grace for anything was the gravy my husband got with his hamburgersteak plate. I dipped my burger in his gravy to give it flavor. We wasted $40. We should've gone to Vanna's and got a hugeburger and delicious large homemade onion rings. We wont be ordering from Magic Grill again. If you're wanting an amazingburger, go to Vanna's on N 7th. This was such a disappointment. I hadn't had a poboy in years so I thought we would give Magic Grill West Monroe a try. The... ticket was over $40 for my family of 4 (my boys are 12 and under). When you pay that much for fast food you expect it to atleast be warm. Our fries looked and tasted like they were cooked 6 hours earlier. My husband's half shrimp poboy had exactly 5shrimp on it. My boys both ordered cheese burgers (regular size, no kid's meal burgers available on the menu). They both saidthat they tasted like sonic except not as warm. The lady on the phone said it would be at least 30 minutes before the order wasready, so we waited 25 minutes to pick it up. Maybe it was ready faster than that, but that still wouldn't explain the stalefries. Please do better or lower your prices. *The only reason for 2 stars is because the gravy made the fries and my roast beefpoboy edible. Read more
We had a great time ending the year 2020, forgot to make post sooner. But better late than never. My husband said Burgers are... absolutely delicious and patty melts as the best ever.. did to go order, fast friendly service. Definitely worth the price! Read more
I went to eat with my children on Monday. Magic Grill advertises that kids eat free on Mondays when you order a kids meal and... and purchase an adult meal. I did both. After I paid I realized I was charged for both. I asked if they still did "MagicalMonday" and the manager co firmed that they did. I asked if I could be refunded the kids meal, and they said no, you couldn't berefunded after you had already ordered and paid. Except, they had just refunded my sister in cash after they charged her forsomething she didn't order. Later, when my husband called, their excuse was that the kids meal I ordered didn't qualify. How??No where on the sign does it specify which kids meal qualify. Also, we were charged more the posted prices. I will never be backand never recommend any one to eat there. Read more
