Very rude. They all had attitudes like they didn?t want to be there. The girl at the window gave me the wrong order then when I... told her she gave me the wrong order she leaned on the counter putting her hands over her head like I was irritating her. When Iget my order, I notice my sauce for my nuggets missing. When I told the same girl that was leaned on the counter, she tried tocharge me. The manager was in the back hollering with an attitude saying just give it to her. Is this really who y?all wantrepresenting McDonalds? I pulled in and sent my order at 5:30 PM. I sat and waited in curbside pickup area until 5:53 PM. Trying to be understanding... that its a busy time. I finally decided to go in and check on it. I walked in and wasnt greeted. I noticed a large bag sittingthere when I walked in she never touched it again after I walked in and I waited at least 5 minutes until the 1 lady workingbehind the counter walked past me. I asked her if my curbside order was ready. She looked down in the bag that had been sittingthere and said oh yeah, hold up a second. She went and got a bag and got nuggets, dropped them in the bag and handed it to me. Isaid oh so that was my bag thats been sitting there for no telling how long!??? I guess I would have never gotten my food if Ididnt go in and get it. How about McDonalds not even offer curbside if you cant have employees to actually bring it out!!! Ihave no problem coming in and getting it, but at least give me my food when its fresh. Now I just got my food home and the frieswere cold and worthless. What a waste of my money! I spent 53 minutes in the drive thru, for a happy meal and 2 cheeseburgers. The parking lot (and dining room) was less than half... full. I do NOT recommend this location. Read more
I literally come here so often. Never really had too many problems. I try to always be nice to the employees and workers because... I work food service myself. Today was like any other. I pulled to the drive thru and they ignored me. Completely. I didn?t havemuch time but with the way life has been going it was the straw that broke the camels back. Read more
This place is horrible! They mess up on our order every single time. There will be items missing, drinks missing, they?ll give... you medium fry when you order a large fry, give you wrong drink or wrong breakfast item every single time?.McDonald?s hasstarted providing codes for reward items on their app and they never can get it. I will show the cashier my cell phone with thebar code or provide her the redemption code and they always say ?it?s not working? ?.im honestly tired of dealing with thembecause they can?t ever get it right. They have remodeled the inside and out. They have added two kiosks. Breakfast service has been streamlined; you can get your... food faster. Looks nice on the inside. Food quality is typical McDonalds. It's Ok for the money. Read more
I ordered through the app, pulled up and parked, checked in and waited. I waited 20 minutes. I got out of my car and went in to... see why. Upon entry, a worker looked over her shoulder at me as I realized she might be preparing my meal. She said "What youwant?" I said i think that's my meal. She turns to hand it to me and I thank her. She laughed. I blew it off and I walked out. I'm pulling away when she is bringing another customers food out. While my children are in my car she commences to cussing andthreatening me because she said I was trying to run her over. PUHLEASE! And hurt my car?! McDonald's really needs to do abetter job at hiring. This is not the 1st or even 2nd or even 3rd time to write a review for a McDonald's location like this. It's sadly my 4th time.
