I like the coffee here at PJ?s. A little on the costly side but worth it.
Not too many places in the south to get decent coffee outside of a Starbucks (not saying Starbucks is decent coffee) This is a... great place to go when visiting Monroe Louisiana. There is Something to be said about good old southern hospitality. This placehas it. I got the velvet ice mocha. I can't brag enough about this place! As someone who used to frequent PJS all over New Orleans, I came here with high... expectations and was not disappointed! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. The wait time is about the sameas other busy shops, and the prices are comparable to others as well. Try the Honey Oat milk latte! Read more
The coffee is great however when you purchase a large mocha cappuccino for $6.41 and you only get 2/3 cup of product it?s VARY... EXPENSIVE I purchased a small coffee at McDonald?s and poured the complete cup in PJ?s cup just to make a full cup ???? Read more
It?s nice to have another coffee shop option with a drive thru in WM. The beignets are really good and the flavor of the coffees... are good too. However, the frozen drinks are not well done in my opinion. The flavor is good?but the consistency is not frozen,it?s just straight liquid. The first two times, we thought it was because of the long wait & that the drinks had sit out andmelted. But this most recent time, we were the only ones in line & got them made fresh, yet they were still liquid. I preferother coffee shops? frozen drinks, especially for the price. Read more
Every time I have been to PJ?s I have received friendly and quick service. Coffee has been fresh and delicious. I ordered... beignets last time and had to wait a few minutes, but it was worth it considering they were fresh. The young lady at the windowwas apologetic that I had to wait. I?ve been here twice because they are a convenient coffee shop for me, but the 2 times I?ve gone to their shop the service was... extremely slow & I was pushing time to get to work on time. Starbucks and other surrounding coffee shops are a lot quicker andthe lines are much longer. I would have thought with shorter drive thru lines and hardly anyone in the lobby the service wouldhave been much quicker. The coffee taste good, no issues with their products just the service. Came in to pick up a DoorDash order at 7pm and not a single employee was behind the counter available to assist. Everyone that... appeared to be working was sitting around the sofa in the corner, and I heard an audible ?oh? from one of them as if annoyed Ishowed up. I?m not normally one to leave a negative review, but the entire interaction left an awful taste in my mouth and Ijust wanted to share. Read more
