I will not be doing business with Podnuh's....As long has they charge 4% of your purchase price because you use a debit card or... credit card instead of cash. I loved this. It was a little difficult for me to hear the servers over all the kitchen noise, but the food was delicious. It... was served cafeteria style and everything seemed fresh. I'd definitely go back again. Read more
Horrible and rude service. Told the woman working what meat we wanted three different times and was still served the wrong thing... with a trashy attitude. Why ask what we wanted and then not listen? Staff seem to be annoyed or just hates life. This place is a joke of a bbq joint. If you are in west monroe don't waste your... money. Food is average, restaurant was dirty, food prep area NASTY and the worst was the staff. Will not be back but I do lookforward to them selling the place. Read more
THEY ALL THE SUDDEN RAN OUT OF PULLED PORK, DIDN'T WANT US TO PULL TABLES TOGETHER FOR OUR FAMILY OF 8 WERE EXTREMELY RUDE... SLAPPED PLATES DOWN THEN KNEELED AT COUNTER AND PLAYED ON THEIR PHONES. This is the third time in a row that I've gone here and left without buying anything. Each time they were out of turkey and... twice they were out of at least one other meat I tried to order. We are moving to a different BBQ restaurant as our regular. Read more
Staff members were incredibly rude, especially one cutting/serving meat. I wish I knew her name. She was rude to our family, and... other customers on the phone and in the restaurant. I have rarely, if ever, experienced staff so rude at a restaurant. Food wasdecent, but pulled beef was unseasoned and lacking flavor. Would not visit this restaurant again due to staff. Read more
