I went into this location passing thru from Texas heading East. The bathroom was NASTY when I used it with urine all on the... floor and all over the toilet. That was the 1st turnoff! Then ordered food for my family and the young lady was nice taking myorder. The chicken didn?t look fresh so I asked for fresh chicken with my order and the cook said up in 3 minutes! The managerwas a older lady with a ATTITUDE NASTIER than the restroom!! She told the girl ?Since they want fresh, you fix it when itcomes!? She was walking around talking to the workers any kind of way! I stood back looking, and she told her give me the oldchicken anyways despite the man putting the fresh chicken up there! Make sure you REALLY HUNGRY and DESPERATE for food when yougo here! Got in the car and gave my son the chicken sandwich and he started throwing up instantly and we hadn?t even taken but abite or two from it! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! Read more
Good food, decent prices. But your employees, needs to consider, be aware of their performance at work with their personal talk... with their work partners and their showmanship of their appearance behind the counter and in lobby while they are not working. The customers can see, hear everything they are saying to each other plus their appearance also. Some were sitting outside onthe ground on break as well as others in lobby with food stains all over their work clothes, they need to be aware of whatthey look like and say around customers. Suggest employees have their own break room and restrooms to go to to instead of usinglobby and public restrooms. It took major time for customers to use restroom, wash hands etc as had to wait till we were thrueating to actually use them. Glad I was not a registered shopper for eating a restaurant. The employees need help with theirquality of showmanship and knowledge on how to speak and be aware of their appearance around customers OR they have their ownbreak area and restroom as they should have separate from public, that is how it should be. Employees are very polite and respectful. Atmosphere is awesome. Chicken tasted great. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Drove through. This is the best popeyes in the area. I live in Houston 50% of the time and frequent popeyes often. And yes,... they're ALL different. This one was average but way better than the one on Louisville Ave. Read more
I was told to go to another restaurants parking lot to wait for my order. After 45 min I went into the restaurant to see what... was going on. The manager was looking for her phone and didn?t seem to have a care in the world and there was one person cookingand one putting orders together and one at the window. Being a manager I would have gotten in the kitchen and helped cook toget orders out. The line was long and they had stopped taking orders at the speaker for about 20 min to get caught up (Iassume). There is no reason to wait 45 min for an 11pc box of spicy chicken from a restaurant that specializes in spicy chicken. Read more
8-5-19 Thursday 4:30 pm. The food was not bad. It taste like Popeyes. This location is so hot ????. The manager that was giving... the ?interviews in the lobby? said that the AC was freezing up. Ok Um not. I?ve been in this location before and it was hotthen. Just a heads up corporate you don?t do that in front of customers. FYI Customers do not want to hear about people?s pastwork experience and their personal lives. Will not returning to this location, chick-fil-A is right across the street. Ill gothere next time. I stopped by this location with my family and it is disgusting!! The restroom had passed all over the floor and toilet! Looks... like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! That's usually my 1st turnoff whenever I eat out! I ignored it and went ahead and orderedfood anyway. The young lady who took the order was nice and helpful. They only had a few pieces of chicken up so I told themthat we would wait for the next fresh batch. The young lady asked the cook and he said give it a few minutes. The manager washelping fix orders and looked like she was upset that I asked for fresh chicken. She IMMEDIATELY told the young lady "wheneverit comes you fix it then!!" My wife stood there watching as the cooked came with the fresh batch of chicken and the manager toldthe young lady give us what was already there! My wife asked her to take that out and give us the fresh. We finally got theorder and I got my son a sandwich combo also. The old lady(manager) was talking to the workers really ignorant! So we leave therestaurant and my son ate about 2 bites of the sandwich. I had to pull into the Walmart parking lot across the street as he wasthrowing up the little bit of it that he had eaten! MAKE SURE YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR FOOD IF YOU EAT THERE, there are betterchoices next door and across the street!! I WILL NEVER STOP TO EAT THERE AGAIN!!! Read more
