Ordered online and when I get there they didn't have my order. They got mad when I wouldn't drive around and sit in line again.... Well needless to say when I get back to work I had a very cold hot pressed wrap!! Will not eat here again! Read more
Went to drive thru. Although I was only customer, I was refused service. They stated that they don't take orders at drive thru.... I replied that there was no one else in line! They replied you will have to come inside if you want service. They only dopickups there. I never went back and never will! This happened around a year ago. Read more
I was looking at coming to this restaurant while in town for a concert since there are good reviews. I could not get through on... the phone, so I'm not sure it's even open. It would be nice to at least have a voice message with hours since on the internetthere are multiple open hours listings, some of which did not fit my schedule. Read more
Ate there in the past and was not good. While working nearby I have seen employees allowing friends to climb into the... restaurant through the drive-through window. Not really something I'd want to see if was thinking about eating there. Read more
Terrible service. Came on a Saturday, it took a long time to get the food, it was wrong as well. Never asked if we need... anything, or if it was good or have a nice day. Put up tea, but never asked of we wanted any before they put it up. Read more
You can read below of my very first experience with this restaurant and it was a one star review......not now. I guess that was... a rare instance of nothing working out right. Anyway, I have been back twice for a unique sandwich experience and it was off thechart! It's a wide variety of proven recipes that you can't find anywhere else! This time I had the hot honey warm turkeywrap. The sauce alone would make a gym shoe taste good. And the sandwich was an orchestra of well balanced flavor....it wasoutstanding! The cruddy "isolated incident" review follows....... I called in an order for a wrap and some cookies. I had alittle trouble getting there, but I did arrive at 1:45 at the pick up window. The girl on the phone said they close at 2:00. After a couple of minutes at the window, no one came (the window looks like it hasn't really been used in ages). So I backedup and parked in front. It was now 1:50. The doors were locked. I called the number twice....no answer. TOTAL WASTE OF MYTIME!!!! I would give it negative stars but that's not an option. If you don't really have drive thru, don't say you do. Andif you close at 1:45, say so! The menu is a great idea and the store location is on a busy area.
