The food is always hot and fresh. Our order was not put in correctly. We had to wait almost 30 minutes before all the folks in... our party of six got all our food. We are on our way to Florida and thought we'd stop for a quick dinner. My husband decided to stop and park so I could go inside... and look at the menu since it was our first time at a Zaxby's. This was supposed to be a quick 10 minute stop. I ordered foodfor the both of us. He got the 4 chicken fingers meal and I got the 3 chicken fingers and 5 wing combo. First of all, thelittle guy that took my order didn't say Hello or Welcome or anything for that matter. He walked up to the register and juststood there. So I asked, Are you ready? He just nodded. I have a son on the Autism spectrum so I always keep an open mindabout people not looking at my face. I gave him my order and sat down. I was the only one there at the time. People startedcoming in, ordering and getting there orders before me. I finally walked up and asked about my order. The assistant managerasked what the name was. They didn't ask my name, I said. She asked to see my receipt. After talking with the little guy shelooked back at me and at that moment the little guy sees a bag and says, Here it is! I ordered my food at 6 p.m. and it was now6:30!! My food sat there way too long and all I got was a weak apology. The food was warm at best but we were not about to waitfor another 30 minutes. We had to get back on the road. My wife picked up some food from here just a few minutes ago. They asked her to pull into a parking spot after she had payed and... 30 minutes later still no food. When she goes inside to figure out where the hell our food is, the manager and an employee arefighting. Once she got their attention they said they have no idea where her food was. She gave them her receipt, they thenproceeded to make our order in under 10 minutes?You might be asking yourself, how was that possible and why did it take so longthe first time? My guess, they gave us some old food or something, one of my chicken fingers had dried Zaxbys sauce on it. Mywife didn?t even get the salad she ordered, and it had a terrible chemically after taste. I honestly don?t recommend anyone gohere anymore til they can get it together. I?d honestly like a refund but they kept my wife?s receipt so I?m gonna guess that?sa no go. Very disappointed. 1-27-2000 late lunch. This is my first time going to a Zaxby?s. The location was really clean with a nice modern look with a... really good floor plan. It felt comfortable dining in this location. The waitress at the counter was very polite and extremelyhelpful navigate me through the menu. The food was not bad but good enough in my eyes. I did not care for the food all that muchbut it was not bad. I would return to this location. Overall good job staff. Read more
