Went to the store and a girl and a boy new employees because I live around the neighborhood and they were just talking not even... Acknowledged me standing there waiting and the guy approached the register still talking to the girl. I told the guy if hewant I can wait a litter longer so he can finish the conversation and the girl Answer me that if I don't like it I can go andbuy in another place so I can leave the store I ask her for her name and she refused given it to me she didn't have no tags so Icannot tell who she was who was the guy Being so disrespectful to customers this happened on Wednesday the 23rd at 6 45pm Miss the friendly people that used to work there that they treat people with respect. I had the worse experience at this particular 7-Eleven on 4912 Bergenline Ave West New York NJ 07093. I wanted to purchase $18... of an Uber card, which takes $15-$200. The employee, Sandip, charged me for $15. Then when I noticed he made a mistake I askedhim to fix it and he refused. Thank God another customer was there had gave me $20 and he took Uber gift card. So then I wentand got another Uber gift card and again asked for $18 and Sandip and other employee working there refused so I said put the $20then. They still refused and told me to leave. I've been a valued customer of theirs for a long time I always go to their storeand this is how I was treated. This wasn't right they even threaten me with that they were going to call the cops, which I saidgo ahead I didn't do anything wrong nor did I even get loud. This isn't right and I want people to know how they treat peoplethat go to their store. And I am going to put a complaint with company as well. What the employee didn't understand is that Itruly needed the $18 on gift card and couldn't use $15 it wouldn't get me to work. Read more

I went here with my boyfriend, and the red headed gay guy. Asked my boyfriend, who I was? Is this a store or a dating place? In... which he had no business asking such question. I consider that rude, nosey, and uncalled not to mention unprofessional. Is hehere to work or check out the men that go in this store. Poorly customer service. Read more

The cashier or owner, I get it....he's tired in the morning. It's 4AM but I've even told many of my customers as well that the... United States is a customer service driven country. If you can't be pleasant no matter how tired you are find someone else to dothe job or get a review like this. It's overpriced the 7-Eleven chain especially this one. They don't allow you to use thebathroom which is a big No-No for stores like this. Skip this rude bastard and go around the corner to Quick Chek Read more
