Pathetic service! Was the only customer in the store that 2 ladies who work here had to attend. However, they were busy chit... chatting and counting bills. Both of them saw me waiting, still continued with their catch up at work. Then a gentleman came inas well for a cup of coffee and I was told I'll be helped after helping him. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service. Ihad to wait for 15 mins before they could get me 2 scoops of ice-cream and prepackaged pint to go! Would not recommend thisplace. Read more

I came in for ice cream with gummies bears and got a cup of ice cream m&ms in return and once it was changed I received a ice... cream cup with 6 gummy bears on top and with m&ms remaining inside and all the gummy bears ended up falling off vs my brotherwho got a full cup of gummy bears in his ice cream. My visit to dunkin was by an inexperienced worker with an attitude towardsbeing corrected for her actions. Read more
Worst milkshake I've ever had from Baskin Robbins
Decent place, not much space around for seats and can get pretty cramped during the day. The drinks are what you expect so... nothing really great just a decent coffee place. Read more
Nice employees, very tasty drinks. I can recommend the Cappuccino blast!
Place is small, floor is filthy, employees are slow, rude and all talking amongst themselves in their language. I had to ask for... a bag and before I can open the bag the employee was already ringing the next customer up while I'm putting the ice cream cakein the bag. No wonder that store is always hiring. The company really needs to evaluate the place and it's staff. I wouldn'trecommend going to that location sad to say. Read more
