I usually come here in the morning and so far the food and drinks seem well. But I went around 5:30pm and ordered a cold caramel... machiatto. I took a sip of my drink and was going to share some with my boyfriend and I realized there was a strand of hair. Ithought it was mine, but when I started to remove it, I was only touching the outside of the plastic cup. Thats when I realizedit was INSIDE the drink. I went back and they gave me my money back. so i had ordered 2 orders of 4 bagel minis plain. they gave me 1 order of 4 bagel minis not plain. i told them about the mistake... they did and the dumb cashier still charged me for it even though i had already paid for the bagel minis before. then they gaveme 2 orders of 2 bagel minis plain. i asked them for a refund and they looked like i told them rocket science so i saidnevermind. im never coming here again these people are clinically retarded. Very friendly service. The coffee is hot,fresh and great tasting. The blue berry muffins are soft and also fresh. The dinning... area is very dirty. The tables needs cleaning and the floor needs to be mopped. The bathroom is filthy and it needs to becleaned. Read more
Didn't have 31 flavors as advertised (it's in their logo for gosh sake!). Decided it was too expensive even try.
Customer service was horrible. The guy that was working did not even pay attention to our order then when we tried to correct... him when we were paying he just gave us some random ice cream order and did not even offer us a receipt. He refused to listen tous and closed the window. Read more

If I can leave no stars I would I came at 9:30 and the girls already started turning off the lights when clearly it says it... closes at 10 pm I don?t understand why she ignored me and didn?t reply when I asked if she is closing she just turned off thelights and closes the door.
