Good ice cream, but the hot fudge wasn't hot and the attitude of the staff was a little moody.

This place I don?t recommend there was a junior 3.79 and it was 2 scoops and what they gave me was like only a tiny bit of ice... cream and the lady was little that?s all and she had a bad vibe too I prefer Dunkin? cause they give a lot of ice more thencarvel DO not go. Read more
Wednesday is buy one get one free! I visited this local favorite ice cream shop just before closing at 10 pm. The store is... pretty clean and staff are very friendly. After trying to get ice cream at another place that was closed on Christmas Eve (even though Google maps said it was open), this... was the next closest place that was open and this place did not disappoint!!! I got a small cup with one scoop strawberry andanother scoop of their butter ice cream. The butter ice cream was new to me and it's amazing! It has bits of biscoff cookies init. The employee there scooped us huge servings, so big that my fiance saw and changed his order of a medium chocolate withsprinkles to a small LOL! Together our order was a little over $11, which could have easily been worth $16 at another ice creamplace. Great place to help curb your ice cream cravings! Read more
PROS: This carvel was located on a main street of the city along other major businesses. The place was very clean and covid... friendly with markings on the floor. The staff was nice and their selection was quite good. CONS: Unfortunately this Carvel isnot as large as others and there's nowhere to park. Along with that, since the place is small you cannot sit inside and thereare no tables outside. OVERALL: This is a nice place to grab a quick snack and be on your way but don't think about grabbingsomething, sitting down, and enjoying it because there's no room. I'm on vacation here in Jersey and didn't know how bad the ice cream at this place was. My family and I were craving ice cream... and decided to order some through Door Dash. We ordered 4 pints for $6 each. When the ice cream arrived the containers wereabout 3/4 full. For $6 a pint I expect the pint to be full, otherwise why don't they lower the price. I called the establishmentto find the reason behind their false advertising. The employee on the phone said the owner told them not to fill them up, whichI think is a poor way to run a business. Horrible customer service. The cashier disrespected me when I asked them to fix my ice cream that they had messed up. They... Cannot do softserve and chocolate dip correctly. I would never in my life recommend this place. Save yourself some time and gosomewhere else, like dairy queen if you want it done correctly! The manager should teach her employees manners, otherwise themanager is a fine lady. Read more
